 1) THE DIMENSION LISTED FOR THE ADDITION???S PROJECTION
 TO THE EAST (INCLUDING THE EXISTING WALL) IS 14 FEET 2
 INCHES AT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ADDITION AND 13 FEET 9
 INCHES ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ADDITION. PLEASE
 RECTIFY THESE DIMENSIONS.
  
 2) THE SURVEY DATED OCTOBER 12, 2010 SHOWS THE WEST
 SETBACK FROM THE HOUSE TO THE PROPERTY LINE AS 8.0
 FEET. THIS REQUIRES A 7.0 FOOT SETBACK ON THE EAST SIDE
 OF THE HOUSE (TOTAL SETBACK IS REQUIRED TO BE AT LEAST
 15 FEET). THE PLANS SHOW THE ADDITION WITH A 6.5 FOOT
 SETBACK, WHICH IS NOT SUFFICIENT. IF THE ADDITION IS 13
 FEET 9 INCHES (AS DESCRIBED IN COMMENT #1) THEN THE
 SETBACK IS 7 FEET WHEN SUBTRACTED FROM THE 20 FOOT 1
 INCH SETBACK SHOWN ON THE SURVEY (SUBTRACTS 8 INCHES
 FOR THE EXISTING EXTERIOR WALL). IF THE ADDITION IS 14
 FEET 2 INCHES, THEN THERE IS INSUFFICIENT SETBACK. THE
 PLANS SHALL SHOW THE ACCURATE SETBACK TO THE PROPERTY
 LINES BASED ON THE SURVEY AND THE ACCURATE ADDITION.
 PLEASE NOTE: THE SURVEY INCLUDED IN THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION SHOWED A WESTERN SETBACK OF 8.8 FEET, WHICH
 WOULD ALLOW A 6.2 FOOT SETBACK ON THE EAST SIDE.
  
 3) THE VALUE OF THE PERMIT HAS INCREASED SINCE THE
 ORIGINAL ZONING REVIEW AND NOW THE VALUE OF THE
 CONSTRUCTION ($47,407) EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S
 VALUE ($75,667) ACCORDING TO THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE; THEREFORE, PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDR), THE LANDSCAPE ON THE SITE SHALL BE
 IN COMPLIANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN
 ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZLDR. IF THE SITE CONFORMS TO
 ARTICLE XIV, THEN TWO (2) COPIES OF A LANDSCAPE PLAN
 SHOWING CONFORMANCE SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH THE PERMIT.
 IF THE SITE DOES NOT CONFORM TO ARTICLE XIV, THEN A
 SEPARATE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AND IRRIGATION PERMIT SHALL
 BE SUBMITTED TO INSTALL THE MATERIAL TO BRING THE SITE
 INTO CONFORMITY PRIOR TO THE ZONING APPROVAL OF THIS
 PERMIT.
  
 4) THE AREA OF THE ON THE EAST PORTION OF THE FRONT OF
 THE PROPERTY (LOCATION SHOWN ON PLANS AS NEW DRIVEWAY)
 SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS - SECTION 94-442(B). NO
 PERMIT WAS APPROVED FOR A DRIVEWAY OR STORAGE AREA AT
 THIS LOCATION. ANY DISTURBED PARKWAY AREA BETWEEN THE
 SIDEWALK AND THE ROADWAY SHALL BE SODDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-442(B). THIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN THE
 CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE TO THE RECENT POOL INSTALLATION.
 IF THIS AREA IS NO LONGER IN A DISTURBED STATE, PLEASE
 PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC VERIFICATION.
  
 5) NOTE THE A/C UNITS MAY ENCROACH NO FURTHER THAN FOUR
 (4) FEET INTO THE EAST SETBACK.
  
 6) NOTE THE STOOP MAY EXTEND NO CLOSER THAN TWO (2)
 FEET TO THE EASTERN PROPERTY LINE.
  
 7) ANY SHRUBS REMOVED BY THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE
 RELOCATED ON-SITE. THIS SHALL BE REFLECTED ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 8) ARE ANY TREES OR PALMS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED AS
 PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION? IF THERE ARE, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL.
 APPROPRIATE ON-SITE RELOCATION OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO MITIGATE ANY TREE REMOVAL. THIS SHALL BE
 REFLECTED ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 9) THE DRIVEWAY EXPANSION REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
