 1) PROVIDE A RECENT SURVEY, LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD, FOR
 THE PROPERTY. THE SITE PLAN DOES NOT MATCH THE AERIAL -
 BUILDING FOOTPRINT AND THE EAST SIDE AND REAR YARD
 CONDITIONS.
  
 2) THE NEW DRIVEWAY MAY NOT BE INCLUDED AS PART OF THIS
 PERMIT. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS PROPERTY IS ONLY ALLOWED
 TO HAVE ONE ACCESS POINT ONTO GREGORY ROAD. THE
 PROPOSED DRIVEWAY WOULD MAKE THE SECOND ACCESS POINT
 AND IS THUS NOT PERMITTED WITHOUT THE REMOVAL OF THE
 OTHER DRIVEWAY.
  
 3) THE AREA OF THE ON THE EAST PORTION OF THE FRONT OF
 THE PROPERTY (LOCATION SHOWN ON PLANS AS NEW DRIVEWAY)
 SHALL CONTAIN LANDSCAPE MATERIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE
 CITY'S LANDSCAPE REGULATIONS - SECTION 94-442(B). NO
 PERMIT WAS APPROVED FOR A DRIVEWAY OR STORAGE AREA AT
 THIS LOCATION. ANY DISTURBED PARKWAY AREA BETWEEN THE
 SIDEWALK AND THE ROADWAY SHALL BE SODDED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH SECTION 94-442(B). THIS APPEARS TO HAVE BEEN THE
 CONSTRUCTION ENTRANCE TO THE RECENT POOL INSTALLATION.
 IF THIS AREA IS NO LONGER IN A DISTURBED STATE, PLEASE
 PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC VERIFICATION.
  
 4) THE A/C UNIT AND PAD SIZE, DIMENSION AND SETBACK
 FROM PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN.
 NOTE THE A/C UNITS MAY ENCROACH NO FURTHER THAN FOUR
 (4) FEET INTO THE EAST SETBACK.
  
 5) THE EAST DOORWAY STOOP SIZE, DIMENSION AND SETBACK
 FROM THE EAST PROPERTY LINE SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE SITE
 PLAN. NOTE THE STOOP MAY EXTEND NO CLOSER THAN TWO (2)
 FEET TO THE EASTERN PROPERTY LINE.
  
 6) THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE NORTHERN DIMENSION LINE OF
 THE ADDITION AS 19.83 FEET, YET THE FLOOR PLAN SHOW THE
 DIMENSION AS 16 FEET 10 INCHES. ALL PLANS SHALL SHOW
 CONSISTENT CONDITIONS.
  
 7) ANY SHRUBS REMOVED BY THE CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE
 RELOCATED ON-SITE.
  
 8) ARE ANY TREES OR PALMS PROPOSED TO BE REMOVED AS
 PART OF THE CONSTRUCTION? IF THERE ARE, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING
 DEPARTMENT IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL.
 APPROPRIATE ON-SITE RELOCATION OR REPLACEMENT WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO MITIGATE ANY TREE REMOVAL.
