 PLAN STATUS: PASSED WITH PROVISOS:
 THE PLAN HAS BEEN PASSED TO ALLOW CONSTRUCTION TO
 START. THERE ARE ISSUES THAT MUST BE MET PRIOR TO
 COMPLETING THE WORK. THE PLAN SHEETS AND SHOP DRAWINGS
 WILL NEED TO BE RESUBMITTED FOR THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
 SHEET E-1:
 1) THE POLES ARE SHOWN OUTSIDE OF THE EASEMENT PROVIDED
 FOR BY THE PROPERTY OWNER. THE DOTTED LINE AT THE
 BOTTOM OF THE SHEET IS NOT AN EASEMENT LINE, IT WAS A
 PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT THAT WAS NOT GIVEN. THE
 POLES AND CONDUITS NEED TO BE INSTALLED IN THE
 SIDEWALK. THE USABLE SPACE OF THE EASEMENT HAS BEEN
 HIGHLIGHTED.
 SHEET E-2:
 1) THE PROPERTY LINE ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ALLEY AND
 THE WEST SIDE OF SPENCER HAS BEEN HIGHLIGHTED TO SHOW
 THAT THE CONDUITS FROM THE FP&L POLE ARE SHOWN INSIDE
 PRIVATE PROPERTY, THEY CAN NOT BE LOCATED AS SHOWN,
 THEY NEED TO BE INSIDE THE ALLEY ROW.
 2) THERE IS NO ROOM TO INSTALL THE ELECTRICAL METER AND
 BREAKER PANEL IN THE ALLEY ROW, IT WILL NEED TO BE
 INSTALLED IN THE SPENCER DRIVE ROW, FAR ENOUGH FROM THE
 ALLEY AS TO NOT BE WITHIN THE SITE LINES (SHOWN ON THE
 DRAWINGS) AND A HEDGE WILL NEED TO BE INSTALLED ON THE
 SOUTH SIDE TO BLOCK THE VIEW OF THE PANEL FROM THE
 ROAD.
 3) TYPICAL ALL SHEETS; CHECK THE REST OF THE
 INTERSECTIONS, LIGHT POLES ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE
 SITE LINE TRIANGLE, WHICH MEASURES 20' ON EACH STREET.
 ONE POLE AT THIS ALLEY WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED.
 SHEET E-5:
 1) THE CITY IS LOOKING AT USING LED LIGHTS. PLEASE
 CONTACT THE ELECTRICAL ENGINEER AND SUPPLIER ON
 RESUBMITTING THE LIGHTS.
