 AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF
 ALTERATION PURSUANT TO SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF
 THIS CODE.
  
 4) G-002 FIRE RESISTANCE RATINGS REFRENENCE THE 2006
 IBC TABLE 600, PLEASE UPDATE TO THE FLORIDA CODES AND
 CORRECT SECTIONAND OR TABLE.

 WALL SYSTEM IS CURRENTLY IN PLACE OR WILL BE INSTALLED
 AS NEW WORK UNDER THIS PERMIT?

 REMOVED, THEN THIS AREA WOULD BE CONSIDERED EXTERIOR OR
 REQUIRING PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE NEW WALK-IN

 OVERALL DIAGONAL APART.
