 THE PLANS AS EXPOSURE B AND IT SHOULD BE C. PLEASE
 CORRECT AND ADJUST THE CORRESPONDING WIND-LOAD
 PRESSURES ACCORDINGLY. SEE FBC R 301.2.1.4.3.
  
 3) THE ENERGY CALC. FORM IS REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY
 THE OWNER/AGENT. THE INSULATION R VALUES LISTED ON THE
 FORM DO NOT MATCH THE ONES SPECIFIED ON THE WALL
 SECTION ON SHEET 3 OF THE PLANS. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 4) THE MASONRY FOUNDATION STEM WALLS ARE REQUIRED TO
 HAVE VERTICAL REINFORCEMENT PER FBC R404.1.1. SPECIFY
 THE SIZE AND SPACING OF THE VERTICAL REINFORCING.
  
 5) SUBMIT 2 SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF
 SHINGLES, TRUSS CONNECTORS AND STRAPS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72.

 311.5.6.3 FOR HANDRAIL REQUIREMENTS AT THE EXTERIOR
 STAIRS.
  
 11) SUBMIT 2 SETS OF PRODUCT APPROVALS FOR THE ROOF
 COVERING, SLIDING GLASS DOOR, EXTERIOR OUTSWING DOORS,
 SECTIONAL GARAGE DOOR AS REQUIRED BY DCA RULE 9B-72.

 HABITABLE ROOMS SHALL BE SEPARATED BY NOT LESS THAN
