 1- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.

 2- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) ROOF TILE ADHESIVE. TILE NOA NOA SUBMITTED CAN'T BE
 USED BECAUSE IT DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN PRESSURES. SEE
 DESIGN PRESSURES ON TILE NOA. PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR ADHESIVE THAT WILL MEET OR EXCEED THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRED FOR THIS BUILDING LOCATED ON
 EXPOSURE "C".
  
 B) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 C) SEALOFLEX WATERPROOFING NOA 05-0901.04: CLEARLY
 IDENTIFY WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE USED.
 AND, PROVIDE SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS AS
 REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF NOA.
  
 3- ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS. SEC. 105.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO
 FBC.
  
 4- ARCHITECTURAL PLANS ARE MISSING DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR ATTIC VENTILATION AS REQUIRED BY
 SEC. R806.
  
 5- SPECIFY ATTIC ACCESS, SIZE AND LOCATION AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R807.
  
 6- ARCHITECT TO COORDINATE INSULATION INFORMATION.
 SHEET A0 AND SHEET A2 SPECIFY DIFFERENT TYPE AND
 INSULATION R-VALUE. REVISE AS REQUIRED TO MATCH. ALSO,
 COORDINATE WITH THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS.
  
 7- ARCHITECT TO SPECIFY CARBON MONOXIDE ALARMS ON PLANS
 AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R313.4.

 FLOOR PLANS. EG: MISSING CONCRETE BLOCK CONSTRUCTION ON

 WHERE-WALL LEGEND IS SHOWN.
  
 9- OWES $3919.14 FOR PERMIT FEE BALANCE.
  
 10- SHEET A0: REVISE PROJECT INFORMATION. SPECIFY
 CURRENT CODE AND REVISE LEVEL OF ALTERATION. THIS IS
 NOT LEVEL ONE.
  
 11- SHEET A1: A) SPECIFY OPENING WIDTH AT BOTTOM OF
 STAIRS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE EGRESS
 REQUIREMENTS OF SEC. R311.

 REVISE STUCCO THICKNESS FOR FRAMED WALL. 7/8" MIN.

 14- SHEET A8: A) REVISE WINDOW AND DOOR BUCK DETAILS.
 BUCK SIZE SPECIFIED NEED TO PROVIDE FULL SUPPORT TO THE
 WINDOW/DOOR FRAMES AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R613.6.
  
 B) CLEARLY SPECIFY ANCHORING OF STRUCTURAL BUCKS.
 COORDINATE WITH INFORMATION GIVEN ON STRUCTURAL
 DRAWINGS.
  
 15- SHEET S1: REVISE DESIGN PRESSURES FOR WALL
 OPENINGS. DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN DON'T REFLECT DESIGN
 PRESSURES FOR A BUILDING OF EXPOSURE "C" AND THE HEIGHT
 OF THIS STRUCTURE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 16- SHEET S2: CLEARLY SPECIFY SIZE OF STAIRWAY FOOTING.
 NONE IDENTIFIED ON FOUNDATION PLAN.
  
 17- SHEET S3: CLEARLY IDENTIFY ON FLOOR FRAMING PLAN
 WHICH CONNECTORS FROM THE CONNECTOR SCHEDULE ARE GOING
 TO BE USED. NONE IDENTIFIED ON FRAMING PLANS.
  
 18- SHEET S4:
 A) PROVIDE ROOF FRAMING DETAILS FOR WOOD FRAMED
 CONSTRUCTION. ONLY MASONRY CONSTRUCTION DETAILS WERE
 PROVIDED.
  
 B) CLEARLY MARK ON ROOF FRAMING PLANS ROOF TRUSS
 CONNECTORS TO BE USED. NONE KEYED ON PLANS. KEEP INTO
 CONSIDERATION MASONRY OR WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTORS. EG:
 HGAM10 IS A MASONRY CONNECTOR NOT WOOD TO WOOD
 CONNECTOR. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 19- SPECIFY MATERIAL AND LOCATION OF DRAFSTOPPING ON
 SECOND FLOOR FRAMING PLAN AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R502.1.2.
  
 20- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR FLOOR ASSEMBLY
