 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) SHEET A-2.3 INDICATES THE ADDITION OF AN EXTERIOR
 STAIRCASE TO THE 2ND FLOOR OF THE GARAGE???THIS IS NOT
 REFLECTED ON SHEET A-2.0. PLEASE BE SURE SHEET A-2.0
 INDICATES ALL OF THE PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS.
  
 2) AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 94-611, ALL ROOMS OF A
 DWELLING UNIT SHALL BE ACCESSED FROM THE INTERIOR OF
 THE UNIT. THE SF7 ZONING DISTRICT ONLY PERMITS ONE (1)
 SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING UNIT. THEREFORE, THE LIVING
 SPACE ABOVE THE GARAGE CANNOT BE ACCESSED SOLELY BY AN
 EXTERIOR STAIRCASE???IT SHALL HAVE AN INTERIOR ENTRANCE
 THAT IS ACCESSED THROUGH THE REMAINDER OF THE
 RESIDENCE. ADDITIONALLY, ONLY AN UNDER-THE-COUNTER
 REFRIGERATOR MAY BE INSTALLED. THIS CANNOT BE A
 SEPARATE DWELLING UNIT, CANNOT HAVE SEPARATE COOKING
 FACILITIES, AND WILL BE NOT ABLE TO BE RENTED.
  
 3) PLEASE CLARIFY WHY THE FOUNDATION EXTENDS UNDERNEATH
 THE BAY WINDOW, WHEN IT APPEARS ON THE ELEVATION THAT
 THE BAY WINDOW WILL BE SUSPENDED ABOVE GRADE.
  
 4) DECORATIVE ELEMENTS ON TOP OF PRIVACY WALLS ARE ONLY
 PERMITTED AN ADDITIONAL 10% OF THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT
 PERMITTED BY THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). THE DECORATIVE LIGHTING WAS NOT
 PART OF THE ORIGINAL PROPOSAL AND WAS NOT INCLUDED
 WITHIN THE VARIANCE GRANTED BY THE ZONING BOARD OF
 APPEALS (ZBA) AND SHALL BE REMOVED, OR THE WALL SHALL
 BE LOWERED TO FIT THEM WITHIN THE MAXIMUM PERMISSIBLE
 HEIGHT.
  
 5) ON THE REVISED ELEVATIONS, BUILDING HEIGHT SHALL BE
 MEASURED FROM FINISHED GRADE TO THE MEAN POINT OF
 PITCHED ROOFS, AND TO THE ROOF DECK FOR ALL FLAT ROOFS.
 DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON THE PLANS ARE NOT ACCURATELY
 MEASURED.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
