 THAT THE SPACE BE SEPARATED FROM THE REMAINING PORTION
 OF THE BUILDING.
  
 2) THE ADDITION OF THE OFFICE REQUIRES THAT PARKING BE
 PROVIDED FOR THE OFFICE BASED ON 1 PARKING SPACE PER
 350 SQ. FT. AT LEAST ONE PARKING SPACE FOR THE OFFICE
 IS REQUIRED TO BE AN ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACE. NOTE:
 THE OVERALL PARKING FOR THE UNITS MAY NOT BE REDUCED BY
 CONVERSION OF A SPACE TO AN OFFICE SPACE AS YOU ARE NOT
 PLANNING TO REMOVE A UNIT.
  
 3) EXTERIOR ACCESSIBLE FEATURES TO ENTER THE OFFICE MAY
 BE REQUIRED. IF SO, THEN THE SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS
 WOULD NEED TO BE MODIFIED ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4) PROVIDE EXTERIOR SITE AND LANDSCAPE PLANS AND A
 SURVEY FOR THE PROPERTY.
  
 5) THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
