 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. REPEAT COMMENT: APPLY FOR A SEPARATE LANDSCAPE
 PERMIT AND PROVIDE TWO (2) COPIES OF A SIGNED AND
 SEALED LANDSCAPE PLAN THAT ADDRESSES THE ENTIRE PARKING
 LOT LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE. THE
 PLAN SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE WITH SECTIONS 94-442 AND
 94-445 OF THE ZLDR. PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE
 THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS
 AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. REPEAT COMMENT: A SEPARATE IRRIGATION PERMIT WILL
 ALSO BE REQUIRED BECAUSE OF THE REQUIRED MODIFICATION
 TO THE EXISTING IRRIGATION SYSTEM.
  
 3. REPEAT COMMENT: APPLY FOR A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT
 IF ANY EXISTING TREES WILL BE REMOVED. A COPY OF THE
 PERMIT APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK OF
 THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 4. REPEAT COMMENT: PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3)
 (B), ONE INTERIOR LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL BE PROVIDED
 FOR EVERY TEN PARKING SPACES OR FRACTION THEREOF. ONE
 SHADE OF FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED IN EACH ISLAND. AN
 ISLAND ALONG THE NORTH PERIMETER IS MISSING A SHADE
 TREE.
  
 5. PLEASE PROVIDE A CITY APPROVED STRIPING DETAIL.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (5), LANDSCAPE AREAS
 AND PLANT MATERIALS MUST BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR
 ENCROACHMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (B) (4). PARKED
 VEHICLES SHALL NOT EXTEND INTO A LANDSCAPE AREA THAT IS
 FIVE OR LESS FEET WIDE UNLESS TWO ADDITIONAL FEET ARE
 ADDED..TO THE BUFFER. THE BUFFER ALONG THE SOUTH
 PERIMETER OF THE PARKING LOT APPEARS TO BE THE REQUIRED
 SEVEN (7) FEET. PLEASE VERIFY THAT THE DIMENSIONS OF
 THIS BUFFER MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. NO HEDGES OR
 TREES CAN BE PLANTED WITHIN THE OVERHANG AREA. PLEASE
 SHOW THE PROPOSED HEDGE IN THE CORRECT LOCATION.
