 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN SHALL INCLUDE THE ENTIRE SITE.
 PLEASE IDENTIFY ALL NEW AND EXISTING PLANTS AND TREES.
  
 2. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. OPEN SPACE IS
 DETERMINED BY TAKING THE TOTAL LOT AREA AND DEDUCTING
 THE FOOTPRINT OF THE BUILDING. THE DIFFERENCE IS THE
 OPEN SPACE. BASED UPON THE OPEN SPACE, PLEASE SHOW HOW
 MANY TREES ARE REQUIRED AND PROPOSED. THE SAME APPLIES
 FOR THE REQUIRED SHRUBS.
  
 3. THE SUBMITTAL SHALL INCLUDE A COST ESTIMATE, THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR. BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 4. THE BRICK DRIVEWAY APPEARS TO END TOWARD THE EAST
 SIDE BUT AN APRON IS SHOWN IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY. PLEASE
 DEFINE THE LIMITS OF THE DRIVEWAY. PURSUANT TO SECTION
 94-482 (A), REQUIRED PARKING MAY BE LOCATED IN A FRONT
 YARD; HOWEVER, THE LESSER OF 1000 SQUARE FEET OR 75
 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA MUST BE LANDSCAPED.
