 STANDARDS, THE PROPERTY WOULD BE COVERED UNDER FAIR
 HOUSING GUIDELINES, BUT DUE TO ITS AGE THE BUILDING
 PREDATES THESE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS.
 ADDIONALLY , CHAPTER 11 AND THE ADA ARE NOT APPLICABLE
 SINCE THE RESIDENTIAL TOWER IS NOT A PLACE OF PUBLIC
 ACCOMODATION.
 HOWEVER, AFTER SOME DISCUSSION WITH THE APPLICANT, THEY
 HAVE AGREED TO INSTALL 2 ADAPTABLE SPACES AT THE
 BUILDING FRONT ENTRANCE.
 THE 5 EXISTING EMPLOYEE PARKING ARE NOT LOCATED ON AN
 ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND THEREFORE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR
 UPGRADE, IF AN EMPLOYEE WITH DISABILITY IS HIRED, THE
 APPLICANT HAS AGREED TO MAKE ONE OF THE TWO ADAPTABLE
 SPACES AVAILABLE.
