 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION SEC. 94-304(B)(1) OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"), THE TOTAL
 FLOOR AREA OF ALL ROOFED ACCESSORY BUILDINGS ON A
 PROPERTY SHALL NOT EXCEED 75 PERCENT OF THE GROSS FLOOR
 AREA OF THE PRIMARY STRUCTURE WITH A MAXIMUM FLOOR AREA
 OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET. SHOW TOTAL SQUARE FOOTAGE OF ALL
 ACCESSORY STRUCTURES.
  
 3. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FOR SHED TO ALL PROPERTY LINES TO
 SHOW SETBACKS ACCORDINGLY.
  
 PURSUANT TO SECTION SEC. 94-304(B)(2)OF THE ZLDR, THE
 MINIMUM SETBACKS FOR ACCESSORY STRUCTURES IN
 RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS AS FOLLOWS:
  
 A. FRONT: 25 FEET;
 B. CORNER: 12.5 FEET;
 C. REAR: FIVE (5) FEET MINIMUM OR 15 FEET FROM THE
 CENTERLINE OF THE ALLEY TO A GARAGE DOOR FACING THE
 ALLEY, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
 D. SIDE: FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE LOT LINES
