 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE PROVIDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE THAT
 INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS AND
 LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), AT LEAST ONE
 SHADE OR FLOWERING TREE IS REQUIRED IN EVERY TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND. THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE WEST SIDE
 OF THE ACCESS IN FROM LAKEWOOD IS MISSING A TREE.
 PERHAPS A TRIPLE ADONIDIA PALM WILL WORK IN THAT
 LOCATION BECAUSE OF THE SEWER LINE.
  
 3. PLEASE SUBMIT A COPY OF THE SITE PLAN, SHOWING ALL
 DIMENSIONS. DETAILS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR THE STRIPING
 AND CURBING.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), THE DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, DECORATIVE
 CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY, OR COMPARABLY
 DURABLE WOOD AND STEEL. A FOUR-SIDED ENCLOSURE WITH
 VISION OBSCURING GATES IS REQUIRED.
  
 5. THERE ARE TWO UNIDENTIFIED CIRCLES SHOWN IN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER.
 PLEASE INDICATE WHAT TREES OR PALMS ARE PROPOSED.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE ADJACENT
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY, UNLESS IRRIGATION IS IN PLACE AND
 OPERATED AND MAINTAINED BY THE CITY. IN ADDITION, THE
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY ARE REQUIRED TO BE SODDED IF ACCEPTABLE
 SOD IS NOT ALREADY IN PLACE.
  
 7. IF LANDSCAPING IS BEING REMOVED FROM THE REALIGNED
 ISLANDS LOCATED IN THE RIGHT-OF-WAY ADJACENT TO DIXIE
 HIGHWAY, THEN REPLACEMENT IS REQUIRED. OTHERWISE, THE
 ISLANDS WILL NEED TO BE SODDED AND IRRIGATED.
  
 8. THE OPEN SPACE IS CALCULATED BY TAKING THE TOTAL LOT
 AREA AND DEDUCTING THE BUILDING FOOTPRINT. THE BALANCE
 IS THE OPEN SPACE. PLEASE PROVIDE REVISED CALCULATIONS
 THAT SHOW HOW YOU ARRIVED AT THE OPEN SPACE FOR WHICH
 THE OTHER LANDSCAPE REQUIREMENTS ARE BASED.
 BOUGAINVILLEA CANNOT BE COUNTED AS FLOWERING TREES.
  
 9. REQUIRED LANDSCAPE STRIPS AND ISLANDS MUST BE FIVE
 (5) FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED CURBING.
