 1. IRRIGATION NEEDS TO BE PROVIDED TO THE SHRUBS AROUND
 THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE. IT DOESN???T APPEAR THAT THE
 IRRIGATION SYSTEM IN THAT AREA, AS PROPOSED, IS ABLE TO
 COVER ALL OF THE PLANT MATERIAL ADEQUATELY ENOUGH TO
 ENSURE SURVIVAL.
  
 2. CREDIT WAS TAKEN ON SHEET LA-2 FOR THE USE OF A
 MOISTURE SENSING CONTROLLER OTHER THAN A RAIN SWITCH IN
 THE DESIGN OPTIONS TABLE; HOWEVER, SHEET IR-2 SPECIFIES
 THE USE OF A RAIN BIRD MINI-CLIK RAIN SWITCH.
  
 3. IN THE DESIGN OPTIONS TABLE ON LA-2, THE SHRUB AND
 TREES SECTIONS MISTAKENLY CONTAIN A REFERENCE TO
 ???DROUGHT TOLERANT GRASS SPECIES FROM THE LIST.???
 PLEASE CHANGE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 4. SECTION 94-444(B) OF THE ZONING CODE STATES THAT THE
 SCREENING OF THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE MUST BE CONSTRUCTED
 OF ??????BRICK, DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE
 MASONRY, OF COMPARABLY DURABLE WOOD OR STEEL.??? THE
 CITY DOES NOT VIEW THE PROPOSED GATES CONSTRUCTED OF
 CHAIN LINK WITH SLATS AS MEETING THE DURABILITY
 REQUIREMENT. WE WOULD HOWEVER, ACCEPT WOOD, PVC, OR
 OPAQUE STEEL GATES AS MEETING THE DURABILITY
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 5. THE FINE FOR HANDICAP PARKING IS $252.00.
  
 6. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN DID NOT INCLUDE ANY CALCULATIONS
 TO ALLOW US TO DETERMINE COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 CODE. PLEASE SEE SECTION 94-448(D)(2) FOR THE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 7. PROVIDE SPACING AND SIZES ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 8. SECTION 94-443(C)(3)(A) REQUIRES THAT EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES BE TERMINATED BY A LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 CONTAINING AT LEAST ONE SHADE OF FLOWERING TREE. THERE
 ARE THREE LOCATIONS WHERE TREES ARE MISSING. THEY ARE
 IN THE ISLAND OCCUPIED BY EXISTING TREE #100, EXISTING
 TREE # 84, AND THE ISLAND IMMEDIATELY NORTH OF THE TWO
 PARALLEL HANDICAP PARKING SPACES.
  
 9. THERE ARE SEVERAL AREAS AROUND THE PERIMETER OF THE
 SITE WHERE THE SPACING BETWEEN TREES EXCEEDS THE 30
 FOOT MINIMUM SPECIFIED BY 94-443(B)(4). ADD TREES AS
 NECESSARY. IN AREAS WHICH ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO
 UNDERGROUND UTILITIES, A ROOT BARRIER SHOULD BE USED.
