 1. PER SECTION 94-441(C)(2), THE SITE MUST NOW BE
 BROUGHT UP TO COMPLIANCE WITH THE CITY'S LANDSCAPE CODE
 BECAUSE THE VALUE OF THE WORK PROPOSED ACROSS ALL
 ACTIVE PERMITS EXCEEDS 50 PERCENT OF THE VALUE OF THE
 STRUCTURE (APPROXIMATELY 2.2 MILLION DOLLARS PER THE
 PBC PROPERTY APPRAISER).
  
 2. REVIEW ARTICLE XIV (LANDSCAPING) OF THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND ENSURE THAT
 THE PLANS SHOW COMPLIANCE WHERE APPLICABLE.
  
 3. LANDSCAPING REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT WHICH NEEDS
 TO INCLUDE A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE FOR MATERIALS AND
 LABOR FROM YOUR LANDSCAPE CONTRACTOR.
  
 4. HOW IS TRASH COLLECTION BEING HANDLED? THERE IS NO
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE SHOWN ON THE PLANS...ONE WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 5. THE STRIPING DETAIL SHOWN DOES NOT MET THE CITY'S
 MINIMUM STANDARDS, PLEASE REVISE ACCORDINGLY.
  
 6. PER SECTION 94-402(B)(22), OFF-PREMISES SIGNS ARE
 PROHIBITED. THE CHEVRON SIGN AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF
 THE PROPERTY WILL NEED TO BE REMOVED.
