 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-441(C)(2) OF THE ZONING AND
 LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDR): AS THE VALUE OF
 THE PROPOSED WORK EXCEEDS 50% OF THE STRUCTURE'S VALUE
 (LISTED AS "IMPROVEMENT VALUE" WITH THE P.B.C. PROPERTY
 APPRAISER'S OFFICE), LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN COMPLIANCE
 WITH ALL APPLICABLE REGULATIONS FOUND IN ARTICLE XIV OF
 THE ZLDR.
  
 2. APPLY FOR A LANDSCAPE PERMIT. SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF A
 COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND A CERTIFIED COST ESTIMATE
 THAT INCLUDES THE TOTAL COST OF ALL LANDSCAPE MATERIALS
 AND LABOR, BROKEN DOWN INTO UNIT COST.
  
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TABULATION NECESSARY FOR THE
 EVALUATION OF COMPLIANCE WITH ARTICLE XIV OF THE ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE
 XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE ITEMS
 ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE ADDRESSED ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN.
  
 5. ALL UTILITIES, EASEMENTS, OVERHEAD AND UNDERGROUND
 LINES, SITE LIGHTING AND ANYTHING THAT MAY INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THERE ARE CONFLICTS BETWEEN SITE
 LIGHTING AND LANDSCAPING. THE SITE LIGHTS SHALL BE KEPT
 OUT OF THE LANDCAPE ISLANDS.
  
 6. ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM
 OF FIVE (5) FEET IN WIDTH, EXCLUDING THE REQUIRED
 CURBING) SOME OF THE ISLANDS DO NOT APPEAR TO MEET THIS
 REQUIREMENT.
  
 7. PLEASE APPLY FOR A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT.
  
 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-442 (D), PRIVATE AND PUBLIC
 RIGHTS-OF-WAY BETWEEN STREET OR SIDEWALK SURFACES AND
 REQUIRED BUFFER STRIPS AND LANDSCAPED OPEN SPACE AREAS
 SHALL BE PLANTED WITH GRASS. GRASS AREAS SHALL BE
 SODDED. THIS APPLIES TO THE ENTIRE SITE AND INCLUDES
 THELL RIGHTS-OF-WAY AND RETENTION AREAS.
  
 9. ALL EXISTING TREES AND PLANT MATERIAL TO REMAIN
 SHALL BE FLORIDA #1 GRADE OR BETTER. ALL TREES THAT DO
 NOT MEET THIS REQUIREMENT SHALL EITHER BE REMOVED AND
 REPLACED OR A CERTIFIED ARBORIST SHALL BE HIRED TO
 CORRECTIVELY PRUNE THE TREES.
  
 10. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EACH ROW OF
 PARKING SPACES SHALL BE TERMINATED BY LANDCAPE ISLANDS
 OF NOT LESS THAN FIVE FEET IN WIDTH AND NOT LESS THAN
 THE LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING STALL. THE LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING
 TREE.
  
 11. ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING
 WHEN A MORE COMPLETE LANDSCAPE PLAN HAS BEEN SUBMITTED.
  
 12. PLEASE INCORPORATE VERTICAL LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS SUCH
 AS SABAL OR OTHER PALMS INTO THE FOUNDATION PLANTING
 ALONG THE EAST AND WEST SIDES OF THE BUILDING.
