| | AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, INCLUDING THE |
| | XERISCAPE DESIGN OPTIONS. |

| | 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), ALL OF THE ITEMS |
| | ENUMERATED IN THIS SECTION SHALL BE ADDRESSED ON THE |

| | 6. ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS ARE REQUIRED TO BE A MINIMUM |

| | REPLACED OR A CERTIFIED ARBORIST SHALL BE HIRED TO |
| | CORRECTIVELY PRUNE THE TREES. |

| | ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN AT LEAST ONE SHADE OR FLOWERING |
