 PLEASE PROVIDE A WRITTEN RESPONSE TO THE FOLLOWING PLAN
 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1) A MINOR AMENDMENT TO THE CARDINAL NEWMAN DEVELOPMENT
 OF SIGNIFICANT IMPACT (DSI) SHALL BE SUBMITTED TO, AND
 APPROVED BY, THE PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT PRIOR
 TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING PERMIT. PLEASE CONTACT ME
 FOR FURTHER INFORMATION ON HOW TO COMPLETE THIS
 PROCESS.
  
 2) A DETAILED SITE PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED INDICATING
 THE LOCATION OF THE PROPOSED STRUCTURE RELATIVE TO THE
 ENTIRE SITE, EXISTING BUILDINGS, ETC. A DATA TABLE
 SHALL BE PROVIDED ON THE SITE PLAN INDICATING REQUIRED
 AND PROPOSED SETBACKS, LOT COVERAGE BY BUILDING, LOT
 COVERAGE BY IMPERVIOUS SURFACE, FLOOR AREA RATIO, OPEN
 SPACE, LANDSCAPE AREA, ETC.
  
 3) THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED DOES NOT MATCH THE PROPOSED
 LOCATION SHOWN ON THE SURVEY. THE DIMENSIONS BETWEEN
 THE PROPOSED PRESS BOX AND THE EXISTING 1-STORY CBS
 STRUCTURE DOES NOT MATCH.
  
 4) THE PROPOSED PRESS BOX SHALL HAVE A MINIMUM BUILDING
 SEPARATION OF 15 FEET FROM ANY OTHER STRUCTURES. PLEASE
 CLARIFY AS TO WHETHER OR NOT THE EXISTING SHED TO THE
 WEST WILL BE DEMOLISHED/RELOCATED, OR WILL IT REMAIN IN
 PLACE?
  
 5) AT LEAST 30% OF THE FOUNDATION OF THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE SHALL BE PLANTED WITH TREES, SHRUBS, OR
 HEDGES. PLEASE PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN INDICATING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 6) ON THE SITE PLAN, BE SURE TO SHOW THE PROPOSED
 SETBACK FROM THE ADJACENT PROPERTY LINE FROM THE
 CLOSEST POINT ON THE STRUCTURE (I.E. STAIRCASE). IT IS
 UNCLEAR ON THE SITE PLAN PROVIDED.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE THE OVERALL HEIGHT OF THE PROPOSED
 STRUCTURE. OVERALL HEIGHT SHALL BE MEASURED FROM GRADE
 TO THE MEAN POINT OF THE SLOPED ROOF.
  
 PLEASE NOTE THAT SUBMITTAL OF ADDITIONAL AND/OR REVISED
 MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN NEW PLAN REVIEW COMMENTS.
