 1) THE SURVEY PROVIDED WITH THE PLANS DOES NOT
 ACCURATELY REFLECT THE "EXISTING" CONDITIONS SHOWN ON
 THE PLANS EX. THE DECK, OR MATCH THE AERIAL ON THE
 PROPERTY APPRAISER'S WEBSITE, EX. DRIVEWAY. PLEASE
 PROVIDE A SURVEY THAT IS LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD.
  
 2) THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED WITHIN THE MF32 ZONING
 DISTRICT, WHICH REQUIRES A MINIMUM 15 FOOT SETBACK ON
 BOTH SIDES OF THE HOUSE, NOT THE 7 FEET SHOWN.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE ROOF OVERHANG DIMENSION ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE NEW ADDITION.
  
 4) WHAT LANDSCAPE, BOTH TREES AND SHRUBS, IS BEING
 AFFECTED BY THE LARGER ADDITION? IF TREES ARE TO BE
 REMOVED, THEN A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT IS REQUIRED. AT
 LEAST 14 SHRUBS SHALL BE MAINTAINED/PROVIDED ON-SITE.
  
 5) NOTE: IF THE VALUE OF ALL CONSTRUCTION PERMITS FOR
 THE MAIN HOUSE EXCEEDS $66,581 THEN A LANDSCAPE PLAN IS
 REQUIRED.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE DIMENSION OF THE A/C EQUIPMENT TO THE
 PROPERTY LINE.
