| | 8. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), GARBAGE OR TRASH |
| | RECEPTACLES AND ALL OTHER MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT SHALL |
| | NOT BE PERMITTED UNLESS APPROPRIATE SCREENING IS |
| | PROVIDED. SCREENING SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED OF BRICK, |
| | DECORATIVE CONCRETE, OTHER DECORATIVE MASONRY OR |
