 THE PROJECT IS DESIGNED. PLEASE ALSO NOTE COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE 2007 FBC EXISTING BUILDING CODE AND SECTION
 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE.

 PROTECTION SHALL BE PROVIDED BY REGISTERED
 TERMITICIDES, INCLUDING SOIL-APPLIED PESTICIDES,
 BAITING SYSTEMS AND PESTICIDES APPLIED TO WOOD, OR
 OTHER APPROVED METHODS OF TERMITE PROTECTION LABELED
 FOR USE AS A PREVENTATIVE TREATMENT.
 2B) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS WILL

 SHALL BE CLEAR & LEVEL.
  
 4) SHEET# 1 INDICATES A 2HR FIRE SEPARATION REQUIRED.
 TENANT SEPARATION WALLS COVERED UNDER FBC-B 708 ONLY
 REQUIRE 1 HOUR SEPARATION. IF OCCUPANCY SEPARATION IS
 TO BE CONSIDERED WE WILL NEED TO SEE WHAT OCCUPANCIES
 ARE ON BOTH SIDES OF THIS TENANT TO DETERMINE THE HOUR
 RATING, TABLE 508.3.3. NOTE PLANS INDICATE 2 HR
 SEPARATION. AN AREA OF CONCERN THE MECHANICAL REVIEW
 WILL DWELL ON WILL BE VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE
 MANICURE AND PEDICURE STATIONS, HOW WILL THE
 VENTILATION REQUIREMENTS BE MET AND WILL THE
 TENANT SEPARATION WALLS BE CUT FOR THE ADDITIONAL
 DUCTWORK. DETAILS WILL BE NEEDED POSSIBLY FOR
 PENETRATIONS OF FIRE RATED TENANT SEPARATION WALLS,
 PLEASE SEE FBC-B SECTION 712.
  
 5) PLEASE PROVIDE DETAILS FOR BREAK ROOM COUNTER AND
 SINK. SINKS: 11-4.24.2 SINKS, HEIGHT. SINKS SHALL BE
 MOUNTED WITH THE COUNTER NO HIGHER THAN 34" ABOVE THE
 FINISH FLOOR.
 11-4.24.3 KNEE CLEARANCE THAT IS AT LEAST 27" HIGH 30"
 WIDE, AND 19" DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED UNDERNEATH SINKS.
 11-4.24.5 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE. A CLEAR FLOOR SPACE AT
 LEAST 30 INCHES BY 48 INCHES (760 MM BY 1219 MM)
 COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL BE PROVIDED IN
 FRONT OF A SINK TO ALLOW FORWARD APPROACH. THE CLEAR
 FLOOR SPACE SHALL BE ON AN ACCESSIBLE ROUTE AND SHALL
 EXTEND A MAXIMUM OF 19 INCHES (485 MM) UNDERNEATH THE
 SINK.
  
 6) PLANS FAIL TO INDICATE THE LOCATION OF THE PORTABLE
 FIRE EXTINGUISHER. FBC-B 906.1 GENERAL. PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS SHALL BE PROVIDED IN OCCUPANCIES AND
 LOCATIONS AS REQUIRED BY THE FLORIDA FIRE PREVENTION
 CODE.
  
 7) PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH: TABLE 803.3 MINIMUM
 INTERIOR FINISH CLASSIFICATION; PROVIDE INFORMATION
 BASED ON INTERIOR FINISH REQUIREMENTS BASED ON
 OCCUPANCY.
