 PLEASE RESPOND TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 1. PLEASE APPLY FOR SEPARATE LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION
 PERMITS.
  
 2. CREDIT WAS TAKEN FOR THE USE OF THREE (3) INCHES OF
 MULCH BUT THE DETAIL SHOWS ONLY A TWO (2) INCH LAYER.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SHRUBS SHALL BE PLANTED ONE AND
 ONE HAVE INCHES ABOVE GRADE AND THE THREE (3) INCH
 LAYER OF MULCH IS PLACED OUTSIDE OF THE ROOTBALL, WITH
 ONLY A SMALL AMOUNT OF MULCH PLACED DIRECTLY ABOVE THE
 ROOTBALL.
  
 3. THE PARKING DETAIL PROVIDED IS INCORRECT. PLEASE USE
 THE STANDARD CITY STRIPING DETAIL. A COPY OF THIS
 DETAIL IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE PLANNING
 AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-445 (4) (G) (3) (II), IN ALL
 AREAS THAT ARE TO BE PLANTED IN A CULTIVATED LANDSCAPE,
 IRRIGATION SYSTEMS SHALL BE DESIGNED TO HAVE 120
 PERCENT COVERAGE. THIS INCLUDES THE RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
  
 5. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-448 (D) (2), THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN SHALL CONTAIN ALL OF THE ITEMS LISTED IN THIS
 SECTION. ALL UTILITIES, SITE LIGHTING, EASEMENTS,
 OVERHEAD WIRES AND ANYTHING ELSE THAT MIGHT INTERFERE
 WITH THE PROPOSED LANDSCAPING SHALL BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS.
  
 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-443 (C) (3) (A), EVERY
 TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND SHALL CONTAIN ONE SHADE OR
 FLOWERING TREE. THE REQUIRED TREE WAS NOT SHOWN IN THE
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND AT THE WEST END OF THE ANGLED PARKING
 ROW OR AT THE NORTH END OF THE PARALLEL PARKING ROW ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF THE SITE. THE PROPOSED TREE AT THE
 EAST END OF THE ANGLED PARKING ROW SHOULD BE CENTERED
 WITHIN THE ISLAND.
  
 7. A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. THE
 APPLICATION IS AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK OF THE
 PLANNING AND ZONING DEPARTMENT.
  
 8. A NOTE ON THE PLAN INDICATES THAT THE LIVE OAK TREES
 ON DIVISION STREET ARE TO REMAIN BUT ANOTHER NOTE
 INDICATES THAT ONE OF THE TREES IS TO BE REMOVED.
 PLEASE CLARIFY.
  
 9. CURBING IS SHOWN IN THE ALLEY, OUTSIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY LINE. THE CITY ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT WILL
 NEED TO DETERMINE IF THIS IS ACCEPTABLE.
  
 10. THREE (3) SCREENED DUMPSTERS ARE SHOWN ALONG THE
 EAST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE DUMPSTER PAD AT THE
 SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE SHOULD NOT BE INSTALLED.
 SHOULD A DUMPSTER BE PLACED ON THAT PAD, IT MUST BE
 SCREENED BY A WALL OR OTHER FENCING AND LANDSCAPING.
 VISION OBSCURING GATES ARE REQUIRED AND THEY CANNOT
 OPEN INTO THE TRAVEL LANE (ALLEY).
