 GREATER THAN (3) STORIES OR 50 FT IN HEIGHT, OR WHICH
 HAS AN ASSEMBLY OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION AS DENIED IN
 THE
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE WHICH EXCEEDS 5,000 SQ FT IN AREA
 AND AN OCCUPANT CONTENT OF GREATER THAN 500 PERSONS.
  
 1A) 109.3.6.1 THE ENFORCING AGENCY SHALL REQUIRE A
 SPECIAL INSPECTOR TO PERFORM STRUCTURAL INSPECTIONS ON
 A THRESHOLD BUILDING PURSUANT TO A STRUCTURAL
 INSPECTION PLAN PREPARED BY THE ENGINEER OF RECORD. THE
 STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN MUST BE SUBMITTED TO THE
 ENFORCING AGENCY PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF A BUILDING
 PERMIT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A THRESHOLD BUILDING.
 THE PURPOSE OF THE STRUCTURAL INSPECTION PLAN IS TO

 GREATLY CHANGE THE OCCUPANT LOADS LISTED IN THIS
 REVIEW. IN AREAS AS THE MULTIPURPOSE COMMUNITY ROOM WE
 HAVE TO LOOK AT THE WORST CASE SCENARIO OR 5 SQ FT PER
 PERSON.
 THE OTHER AREA OF CONCERN IS THE 2ND FLOOR MEETING
 ROOMS A& B.
  
 1004.1.1 AREAS WITHOUT FIXED SEATING. THE NUMBER OF
 OCCUPANTS SHALL BE COMPUTED AT THE RATE OF ONE OCCUPANT
 PER UNIT OF AREA AS PRESCRIBED IN TABLE 1004.1.1. FOR
 AREAS WITHOUT FIXED SEATING, THE OCCUPANT LOAD SHALL
 NOT BE LESS THAN THAT NUMBER DETERMINED BY DIVIDING THE
 FLOOR AREA UNDER CONSIDERATION BY THE OCCUPANT PER UNIT
 OF AREA FACTOR ASSIGNED TO THE OCCUPANCY AS SET FORTH
 IN TABLE 1004.1.1. WHERE AN INTENDED USE IS NOT LISTED
 IN TABLE 1004.1.1, THE BUILDING OFFICIAL SHALL
 ESTABLISH A USE BASED ON A LISTED USE THAT MOST NEARLY

 MACHINE ROOM LOCATED WITHIN THIS RATED CORRIDOR. 3006.1
 ACCESS. AN APPROVED MEANS OF ACCESS SHALL BE PROVIDED
 TO ELEVATOR MACHINE ROOMS AND OVERHEAD MACHINERY
 SPACES.
 3006.4 MACHINE ROOMS AND MACHINERY SPACES. ELEVATOR
 MACHINE ROOMS AND MACHINERY SPACES SHALL BE ENCLOSED
 WITH FIRE BARRIERS COMPLYING WITH SECTION 706 OR
 HORIZONTAL ASSEMBLIES COMPLYING WITH SECTION 711 HAVING
 A FIRE-RESISTANCE RATING NOT LESS THAN THE REQUIRED
 RATING OF THE HOISTWAY ENCLOSURE SERVED BY THE

 HAVING A FIRE-PROTECTION RATING NOT LESS THAN THAT

 THIS
 WILL REQUIRE THE DOORS TO SWING IN THE DIRECTION OF
 TRAVEL PER SECTION 1008.1.2.
  
 2I) SECOND FLOOR READING ROOM B WILL ALSO NEED TWO
 MEANS OF EGRESS TABLE 1015.1.
  
 2J) STAIR# 2 INDICATES A 3??? VERTICAL STORM DRAIN
 WITHIN THE STAIRWELL, PLEASE REVIEW 1023.6 EXTERIOR
 RAMPS AND STAIRWAY PROTECTION. EXTERIOR EXIT RAMPS AND
 STAIRWAYS SHALL BE SEPARATED FROM THE INTERIOR OF THE
 BUILDING AS REQUIRED IN SECTION 1020.1. OPENINGS SHALL
 BE LIMITED TO THOSE NECESSARY FOR EGRESS FROM NORMALLY
 OCCUPIED SPACES.
  
 3) SHEET LA-1 PLEASE PROVIDE COMPLIANCE WITH :
 11-4.1.3 ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS: NEW CONSTRUCTION.
 8) IN NEW CONSTRUCTION, AT A MINIMUM, THE REQUIREMENTS
 IN SECTION 11-4.1.3(8)(A) AND SECTION 11-4.1.3(8)(B)
 BELOW SHALL BE SATISFIED INDEPENDENTLY:
  
 (A)(I) AT LEAST 50 PERCENT OF ALL PUBLIC ENTRANCES
 [EXCLUDING THOSE IN SECTION 11-4.1.3(8)(B) BELOW] MUST
 BE ACCESSIBLE. AT LEAST ONE MUST BE A GROUND-FLOOR
 ENTRANCE. PUBLIC ENTRANCES ARE ANY ENTRANCES THAT ARE
 NOT LOADING OR SERVICE ENTRANCES.
  
 (II) ACCESSIBLE ENTRANCES MUST BE PROVIDED IN A NUMBER
 AT LEAST EQUIVALENT TO THE NUMBER OF EXITS REQUIRED BY
