 NOT REFLECT THE FLOOR PLAN. THE POWDER ROOM SHOWN ON
 THE FLOOR PLAN IS NOT SHOWN ON THE RISER DIAGRAM. --
 THE OPTIONAL OUTSIDE SHOWER SHOWN ON THE FLOOR PLAN IS
 NOT SHOWN ON THE RISER DIAGRAM. -- THE SINK IN THE
 GARAGE/STORAGE SHOULD BE SHOWN ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE
 WALL FROM THE WASH MACHINE. -- THE KITCHEN SINK SHOWS A
 VENT THRU ROOF ON THE RISER DIAGRAM BUT IS INDICATED AS
 AN ISLAND SINK ON THE FLOOR PLAN. -- THE BATHROOM #2 IS
 INDICATED UP BY THE MASTER BATHROOM ON THE RISER
 DIAGRAM BUT ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE HOUSE ON THE FLOOR
 PLAN. -- THE WET BAR IS INDICATED NEAR THE WASH MACHINE
 ON THE RISER DIAGRAM, BUT BETWEEN THE KITCHEN & MASTER
 BATHROOM ON THE FLOOR PLAN. -- THE MASTER BATH WATER
 CLOSET IS SHOWN WITH A TRAP UNDERGROUND. THIS IS NOT
 APPROVED UNDER SECTION 1002.1 (A FIXTURE SHALL NOT BE
 DOUBLE TRAPPED) AS THE WATER CLOSET HAS AN INTEGRAL
 TRAP. SECTION 106.1.1.
  
 2. PLEASE SUBMIT A SANITARY ISOMETRIC RISER DIAGRAM
 THAT RELFECTS THE FLOOR PLAN/INSTALLATION AND MEETS THE
 CODE REQUIRMENTS. SHOW ALL PIPE SIZES FOR ALL SECTIONS
 OF PIPES. TABLE P3005.4.2.
  
 WHEN RESUBMITTING PLANS PLEASE INDICATE
 THE REVISION & REMOVE & REPLACE ANY
 PAGES AS NECESSARY. A TRANSMITTAL LETTER
 LISTING THE ORIGINAL REVIEW COMMENT NUMBER,
 WITH A DESCRIPTION OF THE REVISION MADE,
 IDENTIFYING THE SHEET OR SPECIFICATION
 PAGE WHERE THE CHANGES CAN BE FOUND
 WILL HELP TO EXPEDITE YOUR PERMIT. REMOVE
 ALL VOID SHEETS FROM ALL PLANS AND PLACE
 ONE SET OF THEM LOOSELY ON TOP OF THE
 COLLATED PLANS TO BE REVIEWED.
