 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS. SEC. N1100.2 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. PLEASE MAKE SURE CORRECT
 UPDATED FORM IS PROVIDED (SEE 2009 REVISIONS) AND MAKE
 SURE ALL THE INFORMATION IS COMPLETED AND FORMS ARE
 SIGNED AND DATED BY ALL THE REQUIRED PERSONS.
  
 2- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 3- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 ***NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK
 UP.
  
 4- SHEET A.01: UPDATE BUILDING INFORMATION. CURRENT
 CODE IS THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE NOT 2004. AND
 REVISE CODE SECTION CITED ON THE WIND LOAD INFORMATION.
 SEC. 1606 IS NOT FOR WIND LOAD, BUT FOR DEAD LOAD.
 REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 5- SHEET A.02: SPECIFY HOW ARE THE LEDGERS SPECIFIED ON
 THE SECOND FLOOR AND ROOF FRAMING PLANS ATTACHED TO THE
 STRUCTURE TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE. SPECIFY ALL CONNECTORS.
  
 6- SHEET A.03:
 A) REVISE THICKNESS OF STUCCO . MIN. 7/8" THICKNESS
 REQUIRED. SEE TABLE R702.1(1) OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 B) SPECIFY 2 LAYERS OF WATER RESISTANT BARRIER AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. R703.6.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BALCONY RAILING TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE R301.5
 AND SEC. R312 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 D) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF
 DRAINAGE AND OVERFLOW SCUPPERS AS REQUIRED BY SECTIONS
 R903.4 AND R903.4.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 SPECIFY ALL SIZES AND SPECIFIC LOCATION.
  
 E) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BALCONY FLOOR ASSEMBLY. SPECIFY FINISH FLOORING AND
 COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 WIND LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 F) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR ROOF SHEATHING
 FASTENING TO SHOW COMPLIANCEWITH SEC. R803.2.3.1 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. NEED TO SPECIFY RING
 SHANK NAILS AND NAILING SPACING IS 4" O.C. IN ROOF ZONE

 7- FLAT ROOF PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED:
 A) MISSING THE TECHNICAL REPORT SHOWING SPECIFIC
 APPROVED ASSEMBLY TO BE INSTALLED AND SPECIFIC BASE
 SHEET FASTENING OPTION. ALSO, NEED TO PROVIDE THE
 SIGNED AND SEALED RAS 117 CALCULATIONS FOR THE NAIL
 ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS TO MEET THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 8- OWES PERMIT FEE BALANCE OF $1043.50.
