 1) PLANS ARE MISSING THE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA: 1603.1.4
 WIND DESIGN DATA.
 THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION RELATED TO WIND LOADS SHALL
 BE SHOWN, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER WIND LOADS GOVERN THE
 DESIGN OF THE LATERAL-FORCE-RESISTING SYSTEM OF THE
 BUILDING:
 1.1. BASIC WIND SPEED (3-SECOND GUST), MILES PER HOUR
 (KM/HR).
  
 1.2. WIND IMPORTANCE FACTOR, I W , AND BUILDING
 CLASSIFICATION FROM TABLE 1604.5 OR TABLE 6-1, ASCE 7
 AND BUILDING CLASSIFICATION IN TABLE 1-1, ASCE 7.
 1.3. WIND EXPOSURE, IF MORE THAN ONE WIND EXPOSURE IS
 UTILIZED, THE WIND EXPOSURE AND APPLICABLE WIND
 DIRECTION SHALL BE INDICATED.
  
 1.4. THE APPLICABLE ENCLOSURE CLASSIFICATIONS AND, IF
 DESIGNING WITH ASCE 7, INTERNAL PRESSURE COEFFICIENT.
  
 1.5. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING. THE DESIGN WIND PRESSURES
 IN TERMS OF PSF (KN/M 2 ) TO BE USED FOR THE SELECTION
 OF EXTERIOR COMPONENTS AND CLADDING MATERIALS NOT
 SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED BY THE REGISTERED DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL.
  
 2) PLEASE PROVIDE WIND PRESSURES FOR INTERIOR AND END
 ZONES, LOCATE END ZONES ON ELEVATIONS. 1603.1.4 / ASCE
 7-05, CHAPTER 6 WIND.
  
 3) PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR SINGLE APPLICATION
 USAGE, SHEET 5 OF 7 INDICATES SEE SEPARATE APPROVAL FOR
 MULLIONS. RULE 9B-72 WILL REQUIRE EITHER A FL STATE
 APPROVAL OR MIAMI-DADE NOA .PRODUCT APPROVALS SUBMITTED
 WITH PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003 ARE
 REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA PRODUCT APPROVAL
 SYSTEM. FOR INFORMATION PLEASE SEE THE STATE WEBSITE AT
 WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. PRODUCTS WITH STATEWIDE
 APPROVAL ARE REQUIRED TO BE SUBMITTED WITH A COVER
 SHEET THAT LISTS THE PRODUCT IDENTITY NUMBER FROM THE
 STATE. IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT HAVE STATEWIDE APPROVAL,
 SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FOR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL OR
 SITE SPECIFIC FORM PER RULE 9B-72. SEE ATTACHMENT.

 4) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 5) PERMIT APPLICATION VALUE FOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT IS
 LOW AVERAGES OUT TO APPROXIMATELY $ 227.00 FOR COST OF
 NEW WINDOW, DUMP FEES, WINDOW REMOVAL, NEW BUCKS AND
 INSTALLATION OF NEW WINDOWS.
  
 W P B ADMINISTRATIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT
 FEES. ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS,
 MECHANICAL, AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS
 REQUIRING A PERMIT, A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID
 AS REQUIRED, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE
 ESTABLISHED BY THE APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.
  
 108.3* BUILDING PERMIT VALUATION.
 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,
 ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL, OR PLUMBING SYSTEMS
 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFERENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
 CONGRESS.
  
 6) PLEASE NOTE THE SUBMITTED PLANS INDICATE A CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY FOR THIS BUILDING. THE LAST PERMITTED WORK
 INDICATES THIS STRUCTURE WAS A CHURCH WITH ASSOCIATED
 OFFICES AND SUNDAY SCHOOL ROOMS (A-3 OCCUPANCY). THE
 NEW OCCUPANCY WILL BE DAY CARE A SEPARATE PERMIT WILL
 NEED TO APPLY FOR THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY. THE PORTION
 THAT AFFECTS THIS WINDOW PERMIT IS SECTION 905.1 OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE 2007 FBC. MEANS OF EGRESS IN
 PORTIONS OF BUILDINGS UNDER-GOING A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH SECTION 912 OF THE
 EXISTING BUILDING CODE.
  
 912.4.2 EXISTING BUILDING CODE. MEANS OF EGRESS FOR
 CHANGE OF USE TO EQUAL OR LOWER HAZARD CATEGORY. WHEN A
 CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION IS MADE TO AN EQUAL
 OR LESSER HAZARD CATEGORY (HIGHER NUMBER) AS SHOWN IN
 TABLE 912.4, EXISTING ELEMENTS OF THE MEANS OF EGRESS
 SHALL COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 805 FOR
 THE NEW OCCUPANCY CLASSIFICATION. NEWLY CONSTRUCTED OR
 CONFIGURED MEANS OF EGRESS SHALL COMPLY WITH THE
 REQUIREMENTS OF CHAPTER 10 OF THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING .
  
 THE REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT ENACTS SECTION:
 1034.6 FL BLD CODE BUILDING- DAYCARE, SPECIAL MEANS OF
 EGRESS FEATURES. EVERY ROOM OR SPACE NORMALLY SUBJECT
 TO CLIENT OCCUPANCY, OTHER THAN BATHROOMS, SHALL HAVE
 AT LEAST ONE OUTSIDE WINDOW FOR EMERGENCY RESCUE AND
 VENTILATION. SUCH WINDOW SHALL BE OPERABLE FROM THE
 INSIDE WITHOUT THE USE OF TOOLS AND SHALL PROVIDE A
 CLEAR OPENING OF NOT LESS THAN 20 INCHES (508 MM) IN
 WIDTH, 24 INCHES (610 MM) IN HEIGHT, AND 5.7 SQUARE
 FEET (0.53 M2) IN AREA (VENT ).. THE BOTTOM OF THE
 OPENING SHALL BE NOT MORE THAN 44 INCHES (1118 MM)
 ABOVE THE FLOOR. THE CLEAR OPENING SHALL PERMIT A
 RECTANGULAR SOLID, WITH A MINIMUM WIDTH AND HEIGHT THAT
 PROVIDES THE REQUIRED 5.7 SQUARE FOOT (0.53 M2) OPENING
 AND A MINIMUM DEPTH OF 20 INCHES (8 MM), TO PASS FULLY
 THROUGH THE OPENING.
  
 EXCEPTIONS:
  
 1. IN BUILDINGS PROTECTED THROUGHOUT BY AN APPROVED,
 AUTOMATIC SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
  
 2. WHERE THE ROOM OR SPACE HAS A DOOR LEADING DIRECTLY
 TO THE OUTSIDE OF THE BUILDING.
  
 THE CLASSROOM # 1,4, 7 & 9 DO NOT HAVE DOOR WAYS THAT
 LEAD DIRECTLY TO THE EXTERIOR, REQUIRING THE LARGER 5.7
 VENTED WINDOW OPENING.
  
 THERE ARE OTHER ISSUES THAT WILL NEED TO BE ADDRESSED
 WHEN THE CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY PERMIT WILL NEED TO
 ADDRESS.
