 01. PLANS NOT SIGNED AND SEALED BY THE
 ENGINEER/ARCHITECT OF RECORD.
  
 02. THE POINT OF COMPASS SHOWN ON SHEET SP1 IS
 INCORRECT. THE PROJECT SITE IS NORTH OF 10TH STREET,
 NOT SOUTH AS INDICATED BY THE POINT OF COMPASS.
  
 03. STRUCTURES UNDERGOING CONSTRUCTION, ALTERATION, OR
 DEMOLITION OPERATIONS SHALL COMPLY WITH NFPA 241 - 2004
 EDITION.
  
 04. PROVIDE THE PRESCRIPTIVE STRENGHTS FOR THE
 HANDRAILS AND GUARDRAILS OF THE STAIRS.
  
 05. ON SHEET A2, DISPLAY THE ADDRESS NUMBERS ON THE
 APPROPIATE EXTERION ELEVATION WHICH FRONTS NORTH OLIVE
 AVENUE. AS PER LOCAL CODES, ADDRESS NUMBERS SHALL BE NO
 LESS THAN 6" IN HEIGHT AND NO LESS THAN 1" IN
 WIDTH/STROKE.
  
 06. NFPA 101, LIFE SAFETY CODE, 2006 EDITION SHALL BE
 REFERENCED. SINCE THIS IS A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY,
 CHAPTER 38 (NEW BUSINESS OCCUPANCY) OF NFPA 101 SHALL
 BE REFERENCED.
  
 07. VERIFY THAT STAIRS AS PER 7.2.2 AND RAMPS AS PER
 7.2.5 ARE IN COMPLIANCE.
  
 08. SPECIFY THE INTERIOR FINISH MATERIALS FOR THE WALLS
 AND CEILINGS IN TERMS OF CLASS A, CLASS B, OR CLASS C.
 SPECIFY INTERIOR FLOOR FINISH IN COMPLIANCE WITH
 10.2.7.1 OR 10.2.7.2, AS APPLICABLE.
  
 09. SHOW THE LOCATION OF THE PORTABLE FIRE
 EXTINGUISHERS WHICH SATISFY THE 75" TRAVEL DISTANCE.
  
 10. PLANS INDICATE TWO STORAGE ROOMS ON THE SECOND
 FLOOR. IDENTIFY THE HAZARD OF THE CONTENTS IN THE
 STORAGE ROOMS CLASSIFIED AS LOW, ORDINARY, OR HIGH.
  
  
 TO EXPEDITE THE PLAN REVIEW PROCESS, INCLUDE A RESPONSE
