 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". NEED TO REVISE THE
 DESIGN CRITERIA AND THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET #2
 AND #7. (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $3036.12
 FOR UPDATED VALUATION, RADON FEES AND BALANCE OF PERMIT
 FEES.
  
 ***PAY BALANCE AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 3- MISSING COPY OF THE IMPACT FEES PAID RECEIPT.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF SOIL TEST REPORT. SEC. R401.4 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 ***ENGINEER RESPONSE LETTER STATES THAT THE ASSUMED
 SOIL BEARING CAPACITY IS 2000PSF. BUT, FOUNDATION PLAN
 AND WALL SECTION ON SHEET #6 STATES 2500PSF MIN. SOIL
 BEARING CAPACITY. REVISE PLANS AS REQUIRED TO REFLECT
 CORRECT DESIGN ASSUMPTIONS.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR WINDOW MULLIONS. AND, CLEARLY MARK
 SPECIFIC MULLION SIZE AND FASTENERS TO VERIFY
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
 (THIS APPLIES TO THE EXISTING WINDOWS TO BE REPLACED.
 SEE ELEVATIONS).
 AND, ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IT IN
 WRITING. SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 6- SHEET #6: A) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND
 SPECIFICATIONS FOR BALCONY GUARDRAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH TABLE R301.5 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
 GUARDRAIL DESIGN INFORMATION WAS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 B) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS FOR
 BALCONY UNDERSIDE CONSTRUCTION AND FASCIA BOARD AND
 SECOND FLOOR SOFFIT TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSURES OF SEC. R301. INFORMATION WAS NO
