 1- ACCORDING TO THE 2009 REVISIONS SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". NEED TO REVISE THE
 DESIGN CRITERIA AND THE DESIGN PRESSURES ON SHEET #2
 AND #7.
  
 2- VALUATION DECLARED ON THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $3036.12
 FOR UPDATED VALUATION, RADON FEES AND BALANCE OF PERMIT
 FEES.
  
 3- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD. (561)233-5120) TO PAY THE
 IMPACT FEES. BRING BACK THE STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF
 PAID RECEIPT.
  
 4- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF SOIL TEST REPORT. SEC. R401.4 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 5- PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) SLIDING GLASS DOORS. NOA 07-0511.06 SUBMITTED
 EXPIRED ON NOVEMBER 11, 2009. NEED TO PROVIDE CURRENT
 NOA.
  
 B) WINDOW MULLIONS. AND, CLEARLY MARK SPECIFIC MULLION
 SIZE AND FASTENERS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301.
  
 C) HARDIPLANK SIDING.
  
 D) BALCONY UNDERLAYMENT TO RECEIVE CERAMIC TILE. TO
 VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE UPLIFT PRESSURES OF SEC.
 R301.
  
 6- ENGINEER OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NO SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 7- SHEET #4: A) ATTIC ACCESS LOCATION DOESN'T COMPLY

 B) REVISE RAILING HEIGHT ON STAIRS BALUSTRADE DETAIL TO
 COMPLY WITH SEC. R311.5.6.1.
  
 C) STAIRS BALUSTRADE DETAIL DOESN'T MATCH FLOOR PLANS.
 THERE IS A BEARING WALL ON THE HANDRAIL SIDE. REVISE AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 D) DETAIL A/5:: CLARIFY WHY THERE IS ONLY ONE ANCHOR
 FOR EACH 2X8 BOTTOM PLATE SEGMENT BETWEEN TRUSSES. THIS
 IS NOT A CONTINUOUS BOTTOM PLATE. THEREFORE, THE WAY
 THE ANCHORS ARE SPACED SHOW ONLY ONE ANCHOR PER
 SEGMENT. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 E) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION
 OF THE STAIRS. SPECIFY MATERIAL AND PROVIDE DETAIL
 SHOWING COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R311.5.3.3.
  
 9- SECTION D/6 ON SHEET #6: A) SPECIFY SIZE AND
 LOCATION (SPACING) OF SOFFIT VENTS TO SHOW COMPLIANCE
 WITH SEC. R806.
  
 B) SPECIFY FIREBLOCKING LOCATION AND MATERIAL BY THE
 BALCONY AREA TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SEC. R602.1.2.
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE DETAILS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 BALCONY GUARDRAIL TO SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH TABLE R301.5.
  
 D) PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS AND DETAILS FOR
 BALCONY UNDERSIDE CONSTRUCTION AND FASCIA BOARD AND
 SECOND FLOOR SOFFIT TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE
 DESIGN PRESSRUES OF SEC. R301.
  
 10- ROOF FRAMING PLAN ON SHEET #7. PROVIDE DETAIL
 SHOWING HOW ARE J1, J2 AND J3 TRUSSES SUPPORTED IF
 THERE IS NO BEAM. SEC. R301.
  
 11- COMPLETE WITH A CHECK MARK THE CODE COMPLIANCE
 CHECKLIST ON PAGE 5 OF 5 OF THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS
