 1- ACCORDING TO MIAMI-DADE PRODUCT APPROVAL WEBSITE NOA
 07-1203.01 SUBMITTED WAS SUPERSEDED. SEE MIAMI-WEBSITE
 AND DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA. NEED TO PROVIDE 2 COPIES OF
 CURRENT NOA.
  
 2- PROVIDE COMPLETE NOA, NOT JUST THE PAGES SHOWING THE
 ASSEMBLY TO BE USED. PROVIDE THE FIRST PAGES OF THE NOA
 SHOWING ALL THE APPROVED COMPONENTS AND INSULATION AND
 THE LAST PAGE SHOWING THE GENERAL LIMITATION OF THE
 PRODUCT.
  
 3- CLEARLY IDENTIFY WHICH BASE SHEET FASTENING OPTION
 IS GOING TO BE USED ON THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY.
  
 4- IF THE SELECTED ASSEMBLY FASTENING OPTION IS LIMITED
 BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7, THEN NEED TO PROVIDE THE
 PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS NAIL ENHANCING RAS 117
 CALCULATIONS. SUCH CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND
 SEALED AS REQUIRED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7 OF THE NOA
 PROVIDED.
 ***NOTE: ASSEMBLIES LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #9
 MAY NOT BE USED BECAUSE THEY DON'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES REQUIRED BY SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS AND
 THIS LIMITATION DOESN'T ALLOW NAIL ENHANCING.
  
 5- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
