 1- SHEET A-1:
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF 2009 REVISIONS TO
 THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NOT "B". REVISE THE EXPOSURE
 AND DESIGN PRESSURES SHOWN ON THE CODE AND DESIGN
 INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT CENTER SIDE OF THE SHEET.
  
 B) REVISE SINGLE HUNG NOA NUMBER TO MATCH NOA
 SUBMITTED.
  
 C) REVISE WINDOW NOTE #3. SEE WINDOW PRODUCT APPROVAL
 FOR MAXIMUM SHIMMING SIZE.
  
 2- PROVIDE ENERGY CALCULATIONS AS REQUIRED BY SEC.
 N1100.0 AND SEC. N1100.0.3 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 3- SHEET A-2:
 A) REVISE TRUSS DESIGN CRITERIA. SPECIFY CURRENT ASCE
 -05 NOT ASCE 7-02.
 B) REVISE EXPOSURE TO BE "C" NOT 'B".
  
 4- OUTSWING DOUBLE FRENCH DOORS:
 A) PRODUCT APPROVAL FL-9542.9 DOESN'T MEET THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES. NEED TO PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL THAT MEETS
 THE REVISED DESIGN PRESSURES AS REQUIRED BY ITEM #1
 ABOVE.
 B) PRODUCT APPROVAL SUBMITTED IS FOR NON-IMPACT DOORS.
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR SHUTTERS AND COMPLETE
 SHUTTERS INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 5- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL FOR NEW BAHAMA SHUTTERS AS
 SHOWN ON THE WEST ELEVATION ON SHEET A-3. AND PROVIDE
 COMPLETE INSTALLATION SCHEDULE.
  
 6- PROVIDE COMPLETE SPECIFICATIONS FOR DECORATIVE
 SHUTTERS. SPECIFY MATERIAL AND FASTENING TO SHOW
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE 140MPH WIND LOADS OF SEC. R301 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 7- SINGLE OUTSWING FRENCH DOOR: PROVIDE NOA THAT
 MATCHES NOA SPECIFIED BY ARCHITECT ON SHEET A-1.
  
 8- ROOF SHINGLES: PROVIDE CURRENT NOA. NOA 07-1120.14
 SUBMITTED IS SUPERSEDED. SEE MIAMI-DADE WEBSITE AND
 DOWNLOAD CURRENT NOA.
  
 9- ARCHITECT TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING (NOT
 SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 10- ALL REVISED DRAWINGS NEED TO HAVE THE HISTORIC
 APPROVAL STAMP PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL TO THIS OFFICE.
  
 11- BRING PLANS TO PALM BEACH COUNTY TO VERIFY IF
 IMPACT FEES ARE DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY
 OF PAID RECEIPT IF FEES ARE DUE.
