 PARKWAY, PLEASE ADD THE SUITE NUMBER TO THE
 APPLICATION.
  
 2) THE COVERSHEET SUBMITTED ONLY INDICATES LEVEL OF
 ALTERATION NOT THE EDITION OF THE CODE UNDER WHICH THE
 DESIGN WAS CREATED. PLANS SUBMITTED FOR PERMIT (FIRST
 TIME REVIEW) AFTER MARCH 1ST, 2009 SHALL BE REVIEWED TO
 THE 2007 FBC BUILDING WITH 2009 SUPPLEMENTS.
  
 PLANS WILL ALSO BE REVIEWED TO THE 2007 EXISTING
 BUILDING CODE W/ 2009 SUPPLEMENTS, PLEASE INDICATE TO
 WHAT LEVEL ALTERATION WILL BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS
 PERMIT.
 401.4 A DESIGN PROFESSIONAL OR AN OWNER MUST ELECT ONE
 OR A COMBINATION OF LEVELS OF ALTERATION PURSUANT TO
 SECTIONS 403, 404 AND 405 OF THIS CODE. THE COVERSHEET
 INDICATES LEVEL OF ALTERATION II SECTION 304, THIS
 SECTION UNDER THE 2007 FBC EXISTING BUILDING IS FOR
 GLASS REPLACEMENT, LEVEL II SCOPING IS FOUND IN FBC
 EXISTING BLDG 404.1. PLEASE UPDATE PLANS.

 5) SINCE THE EXTERIOR DOOR# 6 IS BEING REPLACED PLEASE
 PROVIDE WIND CRITERIA DESIGN INFORMATION.
 1609.6.2 WIND DESIGN PROCEDURES
 5.1) THE BASIC WIND SPEED, V, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 1609.3. THE WIND SHALL BE
 ASSUMED TO COME FROM ANY HORIZONTAL DIRECTION.
  
 5.2) AN IMPORTANCE FACTOR, IW, SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION1609.5.
  
 5.3) AN EXPOSURE CATEGORY SHALL BE DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH 1609.4.
  
 5.4) A HEIGHT AND EXPOSURE ADJUSTMENT COEFFICIENT, *
 SHALL BE DETERMINED FROM TABLE 1609.6.2.1(4)
  
 6) SHEET A100. PLEASE CLARIFY WHAT APPEARS TO BE A RAMP
 ON THE EXTERIOR SIDE OF DOOR# 6.
 IF THIS IS A RAMP THERE IS NO TOP NOR BOTTOM LANDING,
 PLEASE REVIEW SECTION 11-4.8.4.(2) LANDINGS. ALL
 LANDINGS ON RAMPS SHALL NOT BE LESS THAN 60" CLEAR, &
 THE BOTTOM OF EACH RAMP SHALL HAVE NOT LESS THAN 72" OF
 STRAIGHT & LEVEL CLEARANCE.
  
 7) PLEASE LABEL THE EXISTING DOOR FROM THE WAREHOUSE TO
 PHARMACY SHIPPING, THIS DOOR CAN NOT BE LOCKED SINCE IT
 IS PART OF THE EGRESS PATH TO THE EXTERIOR. 1014.2 DOES
 ALLOW FOR EGRESS THROUGH INTERVENING SPACES AS LONG AS
 THE DOORS ARE NOT LOCKED.
  
 STARTING AUGUST 21, 2009, THE CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
 DEPARTMENT WILL BE CLOSED ON FRIDAYS UNTIL FURTHER
 NOTICE.
