 2007 FL. RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 2- SHEET A-1: A) OPENING HEIGHT SHOWN ON THE ELEVATIONS
 FOR BEDROOM EGRESS WINDOWS DON'T CORRESPOND TO THE SIZE
 OF WINDOW SHOWN UNDERNEATH THE WINDOW. SH26 WINDOW
 DOESN'T HAVE 4'-3" HEIGHT. REVISE AS REQUIRED AND
 COORDINATE WITH ITEM #3(A) BELOW.
  
 B) SHOW EGRESS WINDOW FOR EXISTING BEDROOM. COORDINATE
 WITH ITEM #3(B) BELOW.
  
 3- SHEET A-2: A) SH24 WINDOWS SPECIFIED FOR THE
 BEDROOMS DON'T COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT
 REQUIRED FOR EGRESS. NEED TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R310.1.2
 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED
 (REPEAT COMMENT, NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL).
  
 B) EXISTING BEDROOM THAT IS ADJACENT TO NEW BEDROOM
 ADDITION HAVE NOT MEANS OF EGRESS. NEED TO PROVIDE
 MEANS OF EGRESS AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R310 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 4- SHEET S-1: A) SPECIFY HOW LONG (HOW MUCH EMBEDMENT)
 IS REQUIRED FOR THE ANCHOR BOLTS AT THE BOTTOM PLATE OF
 ALUMINUM COLUMNS TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH THE DESIGN
 PRESSURES OF SEC. R301 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL
 CODE.
  
 B) COORDINATE CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON ROOF FRAMING PLAN
 AND SECTIONS AA AND BB ON SHEET D-1. CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED DON'T MATCH AND MAKE SURE CORRECT CONNECTORS
 ARE USED. EX: WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTORS AND WOOD TO
 MASONRY CONNECTORS (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 C) CLARIFY CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE NEW BEDROOM/TV
 ROOM ADDITION ROOF FRAMING PLAN AREA. A2 CONNECTOR IS
 SHOWN TO ATTACH WOOD TRUSS TO WOOD TRUSS GIRDER. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED (REPEAT COMMENT).

 BASE SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING TO BE USED. IF
 SELECTED ASSEMBLY IS LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7,
 THEN RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR NAIL
 ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. CHECK GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF PRODUCT APPROVAL TO SEE
 IF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED.
 **NOTE: SELECTED ASSEMBLY LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN'T BE USED IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE IT DOESN'T

 G) SPECIFY WHICH UNDERLAYMENT FROM NOA 07-1025.10
 SUBMITTED IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITATIONS ON SHEET 4 OF 6.

 9- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS: A) NEED TO PROVIDE
 WINDOWS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE U-FACTOR AND SHGC
 FACTOR SHOWN ON ITEM #7 OR USE THE DEFAULT FACTORS
 SHOWN ON TABLE B2.1.1 OF CHAPTER 11 OF 2007 FLORIDA
 RESIDENTIAL CODE (REPEAT COMMENT. NOT ADDRESSED AT
 ALL).
  
 B) PERSON DOING THE CALCULATIONS TO REVIEW PLANS FOR
 COOLING AND HEATING INFORMATION (ITEMS #11, #12 AND
 #13). INFORMATION TO MATCH PLANS (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 C) IF TAKING THE CEILING FAN CREDIT, THEN NEED TO
 SPECIFY CEILING FAN SIZES TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 TABLE C4.2.1.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE,
 CHAPTER 11.
  
 D) COMPLETE ALL THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF THE FORM
 INCLUDING THE BUILDER'S NAME (REPEAT COMMENT).
  
 E) ROOF INFORMATION ON SHEET 2 OF 5 NEED TO BE REVISED.
 NEED TO ADD THE TYPE OF ROOF ON THE FLAT ROOF (REPEAT
 COMMENT, NOT ADDRESSED AT ALL). AND, THERE IS NOT
 BARREL TYPE ROOFING. SEE PLANS AND REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 10- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $860.30
 FOR UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
  
 11- NEED TO PROVIDE CARBON MONOXIDE ALARM AS REQUIRED
 BY SEC. R313.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 12- NEW ADDITION NEED TO HAVE EGRESS DOOR TO COMPLY
 WITH SEC. R311.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
