 2007 FL. RESIDENTIAL CODE WITH 2009 REVISIONS.
  
 1- AFTER PLANS ARE REVISED, BRING THEM TO PALM BEACH
 COUNTY (2300 N. JOG RD) TO VERIFY IF IMPACT FEES ARE
 DUE. BRING BACK STAMPED PLANS AND COPY OF PAID RECEIPT
 IF FEES ARE DUE.
  
 2- SHEET A-1:
 A) ACCORDING TO SEC. R301.2.1.4.3 OF THE 2009 REVISIONS
 TO THE 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE, THIS BUILDING IS
 LOCATED ON EXPOSURE "C" NO "B". REVISE WIND EXPOSURE AT
 THE BOTTOM CENTER OF THE SHEET. ALSO, REVISE THE
 CALCULATED DESIGN PRESSURES OF THE DOORS AND WINDOWS
 SHOWN ON THE EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS.
  
 B) REVISE TITLE BLOCK. PROVIDE CORRECT NAME FOR THE
 OWNER OF THE RESIDENCE. THIS IS NOT THE HENLEY
 RESIDENCE. THIS APPLIES TO ALL SHEETS.
  
 3- SHEET A-2: SH24 WINDOWS SPECIFIED FOR THE BEDROOMS
 DON'T COMPLY WITH THE MINIMUM OPENING HEIGHT REQUIRED
 FOR EGRESS. NEED TO COMPLY WITH SEC. R310.1.2 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 4- SHEET S-1:
 A) FOUNDATION PLAN DOESN'T SPECIFY SIZE AND
 SPECIFICATION FOR FOOTING AT THE REAR PORCH.
  
 B) FOOTING DETAIL "E" DOESN'T MATCH FOUNDATION FLOOR
 PLAN. REVISE AS REQUIRED.
  
 C) PROVIDE COMPLETE INFORMATION FOR NEW ALUMINUM
 COLUMNS. SPECIFY COLUMN THICKNESS, CONNECTORS AT TOP
 AND BOTTOM AND FOOTING SPECIFICATIONS.
  
 D) COORDINATE CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON ROOF FRAMING PLAN
 AND SECTIONS AA AND BB ON SHEET D-1. CONNECTORS
 SPECIFIED DON'T MATCH AND MAKE SURE CORRECT CONNECTORS
 ARE USED. EX: WOOD TO WOOD CONNECTORS AND WOOD TO
 MASONRY CONNECTORS.
  
 E) CLARIFY CONNECTORS SPECIFIED ON THE NEW BEDROOM/TV
 ROOM ADDITION ROOF FRAMING PLAN AREA. A2 CONNECTOR IS
 SHOWN TO ATTACH WOOD TRUSS TO WOOD TRUSS GIRDER. REVISE
 AS REQUIRED.
  
 F) RAKED GABLE END OVERHANG ABOVE NEW BEDROOM/TV ROOM
 DOESN'T MATCH RAKED GABLE END OVERHANG DETAIL SHOWN ON
 SHEET D-1. REVISE AS REQUIRED. REVISE OUTLOOKERS AND
 CONNECTORS TO MATCH.
  
 5- SHEET D-1: REVISE ROOF SHEATHING NAIL TYPE AND
 SPACING SPECIFICATIONS ON TYPICAL EXTERIOR WALL SECTION
 AND SHEATHING NAILING SCHEDULE TO COMPLY WITH SEC.
 R803.2.3.1 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. NEED TO
 SPECIFY MIN. 8D RING SHANK NAILS AND SPACING ON ROOF

 6- PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVALS (2 COPIES) AS REQUIRED BY
 DCA RULE 9B-72 FOR:
 A) WINDOW MULLIONS AS SHOWN ON ELEVATIONS.
  
 B) GLASS BLOCK AS SHOWN ON ELEVATIONS.
  
 C) SLIDING GLASS DOORS.
  
 D) PRECAST LINTELS AS SPECIFIED ON PLANS.
  
 E) ROOF SHINGLES.
  
 F) FLAT ROOF (FOR NEW 1/2:12 PITCH ROOF). AND CLEARLY
 MARK ON THE PRODUCT APPROVAL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION:
 * WHICH APPROVED ASSEMBLY IS GOING TO BE USED AND WHICH
 BASE SHEET FASTENING OPTION IS GOING TO BE USED. IF
 SELECTED ASSEMBLY IS LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION #7,
 THEN RAS 117 CALCULATIONS ARE REQUIRED FOR NAIL
 ENHANCING AT PERIMETER AND CORNER AREAS. CHECK GENERAL
 LIMITATION #7 ON LAST PAGE OF PRODUCT APPROVAL TO SEE
 IF RAS 117 CALCULATIONS NEED TO BE SIGNED AND SEALED.
 **NOTE: SELECTED ASSEMBLY LIMITED BY GENERAL LIMITATION
 #9 CAN'T BE USED IN THIS BUILDING BECAUSE IT DOESN'T
 MEET THE DESIGN PRESSRUES.
  
 G) SPECIFY WHICH UNDERLAYMENT FROM NOA 07-1025.10
 SUBMITTED IS GOING TO BE USED TO VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 THE PRODUCT APPROVAL LIMITATIONS ON SHEET 4 OF 6.
 ***NOTE: TU PLUS IS DESIGNED FOR TILE UNDERLAYMENT NO
 SHINGLES.
  
 7 ARCHITECT OF RECORD TO REVIEW AND APPROVE IN WRITING
 (NOT SIGNING AND SEALING) ALL PRODUCT APPROVALS AS
 REQUIRED BY SEC. 106.3.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC.
  
 8- PROVIDE SOIL TEST REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SEC. R401.4
 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE TO VERIFY THE 2500PSF
 SOIL BEARING CAPACITY REQUIRED BY THE ARCHITECT ON
 SHEET D-1.
  
 9- PROVIDE RECORDED NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT. SEC. 713.13
 FLORIDA STATUTE.
 NOTE: THIS MAY BE RECORDED AT TIME OF PERMIT PICK UP.
  
 10- REVISE THE ENERGY CALCULATIONS:
 A) CALCULATIONS ARE NO DONE FOR WORST CASE SCENARIO
 (SEE ITEM #5) AND THEY DON'T MATCH BUILDING ACTUAL
 ORIENTATION EITHER. SEE PLANS FOR CORRECT BUILDING
 ORIENTATION OR DO CALCULATIONS PER WORST CASE SCENARIO.
  
 B) NEED TO PROVIDE WINDOWS SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE
 U-FACTOR AND SHGC FACTOR SHOWN ON ITEM #7 OR USE THE
 DEFAULT FACTORS SHOWN ON TABLE B2.1.1 OF CHAPTER 11 OF
 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE.
  
 C) CLARIFY HOW OBTAINING THE R VALUE OF 0.3 ON THE SLAB
 SHOWN ON ITEM #8. R VALUE CAN ONLY BE GIVEN IF
 INSTALLING INSULATION.
  
 D) PERSON DOING THE CALCULATIONS TO REVIEW PLANS FOR
 COOLING AND HEATING INFORMATION (ITEMS #11, #12 AND
 #13). INFORMATION TO MATCH PLANS. PLANS SHOW AHU NO
 WINDOW UNITS.
  
 E) PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING HOW COMPLYING WITH THE
 CREDITS TAKEN ON ITEM #15. SEE SEC. B4.1.4 OF 2007
 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE FOR WHOLE HOUSE FAN
 REQUIREMENTS. ALSO, PROVIDE INFORMATION SHOWING
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PSTAT CREDIT.
  
 F) OWNER INFORMATION IS INCORRECT. ALSO, COMPLETE ALL
 THE INFORMATION ON TOP OF THE FORM INCLUDING THE
 BUILDER'S NAME.
  
 G) REVISE CLIMATE INFORMATION ON PAGE 2 OF 5. SEE SEC.
 N1100.4 OF 2007 FLORIDA RESIDENTIAL CODE. REVISE ALL
 THE INFORMATION AS REQUIRED.
  
 H) ROOF INFORMATION ON SHEET 2 OF 5 NEED TO BE REVISED
 ALSO. NEED TO ADD THE TYPE OF ROOF ON THE FLAT ROOF
 ALSO. SEE PLANS.
  
 11- VALUATION DECLARED IN THE PERMIT APPLICATION IS TOO
 LOW. SEC. 108.3 CITY AMENDMENTS TO FBC. OWES $860.30
 FOR UPDATED PERMIT VALUATION AND RADON FEES.
