 APPARENTLY, PCN# 74434321010220031 (522 EVERNIA ST) TO
 THE WEST WILL NOT BE A PART OF THIS MERGER FOR THE NEW
 NORTH CITYPLACE PARKING LOT, AS IT HAS A DIFFERENT
 OWNER (CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CRA). FROM MY
 UNDERSTANDING, THE CITY OF WPB IS JUST LEASING PCN#

 PERMISSION TO BE UTILIZED AS A PART OF THIS NEW PARKING
 LOT. SINCE A CHANGE IN OWNERSHIP WILL NOT TAKE PLACE &

 PART OF THIS MERGER, IT WILL RETAIN ITS UNIQUE IDENTITY
 THROUGH ITS ORIGINAL PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 522 EVERNIA ST.
 THEREFORE, NO ADJUSTMENTS NEED TO BE MADE ON THE
