 WILL REMAIN FOR THIS NEWLY DESIGNATED PARCEL BOUNDARY.
 APPARENTLY, PCN# 74434321010220031 (522 EVERNIA ST) TO
 THE WEST WILL NOT BE A PART OF THIS MERGER FOR THE NEW
 NORTH CITYPLACE PARKING LOT, AS IT HAS A DIFFERENT
 OWNER (CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH CRA). FROM MY
 UNDERSTANDING, THE CITY OF WPB IS JUST LEASING PCN#
 74434321010220031 TO CITYPLACE NORTH II LLC, WITH OUR
 PERMISSION TO BE UTILIZED AS A PART OF THIS NEW PARKING
 LOT. AFTER ANALYZING THE SITE PLANS & VIEWING ITS MAIN
 POINT OF ACCESS, I CHANGED THE PRIMARY ADDRESS FROM 528
 EVERNIA ST TO 360 S ROSEMARY AVE FOR THE NORTH
 CITYPLACE PARKING LOT (WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF THE NEWLY
 FORMED PCN# 74434321010220040). PCN#S 74434321010220051
 (538 EVERNIA ST) & 74434321010220052 (534 EVERNIA ST)
 WILL BE RETIRED AS A RESULT OF THIS MERGER. I SENT AN
 E-MAIL NOTIFICATION TO ALL OF THE RELEVANT PARTIES TO
 INFORM THEM OF THE ADDRESSING CHANGE TO 360 S ROSEMARY
 AVE. I HAVE IMPLEMENTED THE ADJUSTMENT TO 360 S
 ROSEMARY AVE IN THE GIS & COMMUNITYPLUS DATABASES.
 HOWEVER, SINCE I WAS ONLY PROVIDED WITH A COPY OF THE
 ORIGINAL PERMIT APPLICATION, PLEASE MAKE THE CORRECTION
