 1004.1.1 IS 30SF; BASED ON TOTAL SQUARE FEET AREA,
 OCCUPANT LOAD SHOULD BE 56 IF ENTIRE SPACE IS
 CLASSIFIED AS MERCANTILE, SINGLE OCCUPANCY.
  
 5. SEE COMMENT 5; IF OCCUPANT LOAD IS GREATER THAN 50,
 TWO INDEPENDENT EXITS REQUIRED FBC1015.
  
 6. A SHUTTER STORAGE AREA IS SHOWN. THIS IS ACCEPTABLE,
 BUT NOTE THAT ALL GLAZED PRODUCTS ARE IMPACT RATED
 (ADVISORY ONLY). EXIT DOORS ARE REQUIRED TO BE IMPACT
 FBC1003.6.
  
 7. FLORIDA STATE OR LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL REQUIRED FOR
 THE A/C STANDS, FAC9B72. PLEASE HAVE THIS REVIEWED BY
 DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO SUBMITTAL FBC*106.
