 6) PLEASE REVIEW EXT BLD CODE 912.2.1 FIRE SPRINKLER
 SYSTEMS AND REQUIREMENTS, A NEW OCCUPANCY, CHANGE OF
 OCCUPANCY TRIGGERS THIS REQUIREMENT UNDER THE FLORIDA
 BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 9, REVIEW903.2.1.2(2) & (4). FOR
 RESTAURANT AND NIGHTCLUBS OR SIMILAR USAGE WHEN THE
 OCCUPANT LOAD IS 100 OR MORE FIRE SPRINKLERS WILL BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 7) EXT BLD CODE 912.8 ACCESSIBLITY EXISTING BUILDINGS
 OR PORTIONS THEREOF THAT UNDERGO A CHANGE OF OCCUPANCY
 CLASSIFICATION SHALL COMPLY WITH CHAPTER 11 OF THE FL
 BLD CODE. 11-4.1.6 ACCESSIBLE BUILDINGS: ALTERATIONS.1)
 GENERAL. ALTERATIONS TO EXISTING BUILDINGS AND
 FACILITIES SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING:
 (A) NO ALTERATION SHALL BE UNDERTAKEN WHICH DECREASES
 OR HAS THE EFFECT OF DECREASING ACCESSIBILITY OR
 USABILITY OF A BUILDING OR FACILITY BELOW THE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION AT THE TIME OF
 ALTERATION.
  
 7A) SEE ENTRY TO RESTROOMS: 11-4.13.7 TWO DOORS IN
 SERIES. THE MINIMUM SPACE BETWEEN TWO HINGED OR PIVOTED
 DOORS IN SERIES SHALL BE 48 INCHES (1219 MM) PLUS THE
 WIDTH OF ANY DOOR SWINGING INTO THE SPACE. DOORS IN
 SERIES SHALL SWING EITHER IN THE SAME DIRECTION OR AWAY
 FROM THE SPACE BETWEEN THE DOORS [SEE FIGURE 26(A)].
  
 7B) NEW DOORS TO KITCHEN AND OFFICE AREAS NEED TO
 COMPLY WITH: 1-4.13.5 CLEAR WIDTH. DOORWAYS SHALL HAVE
 A MINIMUM CLEAR OPENING OF 32 INCHES (813 MM) WITH THE
 DOOR OPEN 90 DEGREES, MEASURED BETWEEN THE FACE OF THE
 DOOR AND THE OPPOSITE STOP.
  
 7C) PLANS DO NOT INDICATE ANY COMPLIANCE WITH 11-4.32.
 11-4.32.2 SEATING. IF SEATING SPACES FOR PEOPLE IN
 WHEELCHAIRS ARE PROVIDED AT FIXED TABLES OR COUNTERS,
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE COMPLYING WITH SECTION 11-4.2.4 SHALL
 BE PROVIDED. SUCH CLEAR FLOOR SPACE SHALL NOT OVERLAP
 KNEE SPACE BY MORE THAN 19 INCHES (485 MM) (SEE FIGURE
 45).
  
 ALL FIXED SEATING IN PUBLIC FOOD SERVICE
 ESTABLISHMENTS, IN ESTABLISHMENTS LICENSED UNDER THE
 BEVERAGE LAW FOR CONSUMPTION ON THE PREMISES, AND IN
 ALL OTHER FACILITIES GOVERNED BY REFERENCE SECTION
 11-4.1 SHALL BE DESIGNED AND CONSTRUCTED IN ACCORDANCE
 WITH THE FOLLOWING REQUIREMENTS:
  
 (1) ALL AISLES ADJACENT TO FIXED SEATING SHALL PROVIDE
 CLEAR FLOOR SPACE FOR WHEELCHAIRS.
  
 (2) WHERE THERE ARE OPEN POSITIONS ALONG BOTH SIDES OF
 SUCH AISLES, THE AISLES SHALL BE NOT LESS THAN 52
 INCHES (1321 MM) WIDE.
  
 11-4.32.3 KNEE CLEARANCES. IF SEATING FOR PEOPLE IN
 WHEELCHAIRS IS PROVIDED AT TABLES OR COUNTERS, KNEE
 SPACES AT LEAST 27 INCHES (685 MM) HIGH, 30 INCHES (760
 MM) WIDE, AND 19 INCHES (485 MM) DEEP SHALL BE PROVIDED
 (SEE FIGURE 45).
  
 11-4.32.4 HEIGHT OF TABLES OR COUNTERS. THE TOPS OF
 ACCESSIBLE TABLES AND COUNTERS SHALL BE FROM 28 INCHES
 TO 34 INCHES (710 MM TO 865 MM) ABOVE THE FINISH FLOOR
 OR GROUND.
  
 8A) PLANS DO NOT INCLUDE ANY MECHANICAL PLANS FOR THE
 PLACEMENT OF A/C AIR HANDLIER, COMPRESSOR OR THE
 CONDENSOR FOR THE MOVED WALK IN COOLER. PLEASE INDICATE
 COMPLIANCE WITH MECH. 301.13 WIND RESISTANCE MECHANICAL
 EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE EXPOSED TO
 WIND SHALL BE
 DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO RESIST THE WIND PRESSURES ON
 THE EQUIPMENT & THE SUPPORTS AS DETERMINED IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE FL BLD CODE. THIS MAY BE ACCOMP
 LISHED BY DESIGN OR BY APPLICATION OF SECTION 301.13.1.
  
 8B) 1511.7 ROOF MOUNTED MECHANICAL UNITS SHALL BE
 MOUNTED ON CURBS RAISED A MINIMUM OF 8 INCHES ABOVE THE
 ROOF SURFACE, OR WHERE ROOFING MATERIALS EXTEND BENEATH
 THE UNIT, ON RAISED EQUIPMENT SUPPORTS PROVIDING A
 MINIMUM CLEARENCE HEIGHT IN ACCORDANCE WITH TABLE
 1511.7.
  
 9) THE PERMIT APPLICATION INDICATES A VALUE OF 13,000
 DOLLARS FOR THE WORK TO BE COMPLETED UNDER THIS
 CONTRACT, THE PLUMBING ALONE WILL COST MORE THAN WHAT
 IS INDICATED. PLEASE PROVIDE THE TOTAL VALUE, FAIR
 MARKET VALUE FOR THE PROJECT.
  
 W P B ADMINISTRTIVE CODE 108.2 SCHEDULE OF PERMIT FEES.
 ON BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES, ELECTRICAL, GAS, MECHANICAL,
 AND PLUMBING SYSTEMS OR ALTERATIONS REQUIRING A PERMIT,
 A FEE FOR EACH PERMIT SHALL BE PAID AS REQUIRED, IN
 ACCORDANCE WITH THE SCHEDULE ESTABLISHED BY THE
 APPLICABLE GOVERNING AUTHORITY.

 IF, IN THE OPINION OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, THE
 CLAIMED VALUATION OF BUILDING, ALTERATION, STRUCTURE,

 APPEARS TO BE UNDER ESTIMATED ON THE APPLICATION, THE
 PERMIT SHALL BE DENIED. FOR PERMITTING PURPOSES,
 VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND SYSTEMS SHALL BE TOTAL
 REPLACEMENT PURPOSES, VALUATION OF BUILDINGS AND
 SYSTEMS SHALL BE THE TOTAL REPLACEMENT VALUE TO INCLUDE
 STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL, INTERIOR
 FINISHES, NORMAL SITE WORK (EXCAVATION AND BACKFILL FOR
 BUILDINGS), ARCHITECTURAL AND DESIGN FEES, MARKETING
 COST, OVERHEAD AND PROFIT; EXCLUDING ONLY LAND VALUE.
 VALUATION REFRENCES MAY INCLUDE THE LATEST PUBLISHED
 DATA OF NATIONAL CONSTRUCTION COST ANALYSIS SERVICES
 (MARSHALL-SWIFT, MEANS, ETC) WITH REGIONAL ADJUSTMENTS
 FOR LOCATION AS PUBLISHED BY THE INTERNATIONAL CODE
