 SUBMITTED WITH PERMIT APPLICATION AFTER OCTOBER 1, 2003
 ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA PRODUCT
 APPROVAL, RULE 9B-72(C)(G). PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT
 APPROVALS (2 COPIES) FOR A/C STAND.
  
 3B) 106.3.3 PRODUCT APPROVALS. THOSE PRODUCTS WHICH ARE
 REGULATED BY THE DCA RULE 9B-72 SHALL BE REVIEWED AND
 APPROVED IN WRITTING BY THE DESIGNER OF RECORD PRIOR TO
 SUBMITTAL FOR JURISDICTIONAL APPROVAL.
  
 3C) ALL ROOFTOP EQUIPMEN NEEDS TO INDICATE COMPLIANCE
 WITH, 301.13 FBC MECHANICAL. WIND RESISTANCE.
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES AND SUPPORTS THAT ARE
 EXPOSED TO WIND SHALL BE DESIGNED AND INSTALLED TO
 RESIST WIND PRESSURES ON THE EQUIPMENT AND THE SUPPORTS
 AS DETERMINED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, BUILDING. THIS IS THE EQUIPMENT EXTERIOR SHELL AS
 WELL AS THE TIE DOWN TO THE A/C STAND AS WELL AS THE
 HOOD EXHAUST DUCT AND EXHAUST FAN.
  
 3D) THE INTAKE DUC , WALL LOUVER WILL ALSO NEED TO
 PROVIDE PRODUCT APPROVAL (2 COPIES) FOR WIND, RULE
