 1. PROVIDE ARCHITECTURAL QUALITY PLANS CLEARLY SHOWING
 SCOPE OF WORK. FBC*106.1.1. CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS
 SHALL BE DIMENSIONED AND TO SCALE AND SHALL BE OF
 SUFFICIENT CLARITY TO INDICATE THE LOCATION, NATURE AND
 EXTENT OF THE WORK PROPOSED AND SHOW IN DETAIL THAT IT
 WILL CONFIRM TO THE PROVISOINS OF THIS CODE AND
 RELEVANT LASW, ORDINANCES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. THE
 DRAWINGS SUBMITTED DO NOT CLEARLY SHOW SCOPE OF WORK;
 THIS SHOWS A NEW WALL, BUT NOTHING IN THE PLAN TO
 INDICATE SUCH. THE DRAWINGS DO NOT HAVE ANY STRUCTURAL
 INFORMATION AND DO NOT STATE WIND DESIGN CRITERIA FBC
 R301. PLEASE SUBMIT DRAWINGS WHICH CLEARLY SHOW SCOPE
 AND CODE COMPLIANCE. CERTIFICATION BY A DESIGN
 PROFESSIONAL OR CALCULATIONS JUSTIFYING DESIGN MAY BE
 REQUIRED.
  
 2. TWO COMPLETE LEGIBLE IDENTICAL SETS OF PERMIT
 DOCUMENTS REQUIRED. ONLY ONE SET OF PRODUCT APPROVALS
 WERE SUBMITTED, AND MOST OF THE PRODUCT APPROVALS ARE
 ILLEGIBLE. THEY MAY BE AVAILABLE AT WWW.MIAMIDADE.GOV
 OR WWW.FLORIDABUILDING.ORG. 10/21/9 COMMENT REVISED -
 TOLD OWNER/BUILDER THAT LEGIBLE PRODUCT APPROVALS WOULD
 BE PROVIDED FOR HER DUE TO HER HARDSHIP (NO INTERNET
 ACCESS)
  
 3. A MULLION PRODUCT APPROVAL WAS SUBMITTED, BUT NO
 MULLIONS SHOWN ON THE ELEVATION. PLEASE CLARIFY WHERE
 THIS WILL BE INSTALLED. SOMEONE HAS HAND WRITTEN "NON
 IMPACT" ON THE MULLION PRODUCT APPROVAL. THIS IS AN
 IMPACT PRODUCT.
  
 4. PLANS STATE THAT DOORS AND WINDOWS WILL BE INSTALLED
 WITH TAPCONS. COMPONENTS AND CLADDING ARE TO BE
 INSTALLED AS PER PRODUCT APPROVAL OR MAY BE REVISED
 USING AN ENGINEER.
  
 5. THE SHUTTER DOCUMENT IS ILLEGIBLE. FLORIDA STATE OR
 LOCAL PRODUCT APPROVAL IS REQUIRED, FAC9B72. TWO
 DIFFERENT DOCUMENTS WERE SUBMITTED. IF A MIAMIDADE NOA
 IS USED, THE FLORIDA STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL COVER SHEET
 IS NOT REQUIRED. IF THE OTHER DOCUMENT IS USED, IT
 APPEARS THAT MAY BE A FLORIDA STATE PRODUCT APPROVAL,
 AND THEN THE COVER SHEET IS REQUIRED AS IT GIVES THE
 PRODUCT APPROVAL NUMBER AND DOCUMENTS UNDER WHICH CODE
 THE PRODUCT HAS BEEN APPROVED. PLEASE PROVIDE. PLEASE
 SUBMIT TWO COPIES OF THE SAME PRODUCT APPROVAL, AND
 REMOVE THE EXTRA DOCUMENT.
  
 6. FOR THE SHUTTERS, PLEASE COMPLETE THE SAMPLE
 INSTALLATION SCHEDULE OR PROVIDE ALL INFORMATION TO
 SHOW CODE COMPLIANCE IN ANOTHER FORMAT, FBC*106, FBC
 R301, FBC1609. TWO SETS REQUIRED. THIS FORM IS
 AVAILABLE IN THE LOBBY OR ON THE INTERNET AT

 7. THE APPLICATION STATES THAT THE WALLS WILL BE BUILT
 ON EXISTING FOOTERS AND THAT THE WORK IS NON
 STRUCTURAL. HOW HAVE YOU DETERMINED THIS? TYPICALLY
 EXTERIOR FRAMED WOOD WALLS ARE BEARING WALLS. NO
 INFORMATION REGARDING THE "EXISTING FOOTING" WAS
 PROVIDED. HOW HAS IT BEEN DETERMINED THAT THE EXISTING
 FOOTING IS ADEQUATE TO SUPPORT THE BLOCK WALL? HOW DOES
 THE PROPOSED NEW WALL TIE INTO THE EXISTING STRUCTURE?
 HOW WILL THE PROPOSED NEW BLOCK WALL RESIST WIND AND
 OTHER LOADS FBC R301?
  
 8. ONE SHEET SHOWS A GARAGE DOOR WITH A DRIVEWAY. IT IS
 NOT CLEAR IF THIS IS A PLAN OR AN ELEVATION. IS THE
 GARAGE DOOR PROPOSED OR EXISTING? THE PURPOSE OF THIS
