 1. RESPOND TO COMMENTS IN WRITING.
  
 2. SURVEY - THE SURVEY "PROPERTY ADDRESS" AND STREET
 NAME OF "SANDHILL WAY WEST" DOES NOT CORRELATE WITH THE
 PERMIT ADDRESS. THE SURVEY SHOWS 7500 SANDHILL WAY VS.
 7108 EAGLE TERRACE. THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION, ADDRESS AND
 SURVEY DRAWING NEED TO MATCH.
  
 3. THE LOCATION OF THE GENERATOR IS NOT TO SCALE, THE
 PROPOSED 14'-1" FROM THE PROPERTY LINE WILL PLACE THE
 GENERATOR CLOSER TO THE HOME AND ACCESSORY STRUCTURE.
 CLARIFY WHAT THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE IS USED FOR?
 PROVIDE DRIVEWAY LOCATION ON SURVEY THAT IS WITHIN THE
 VICINITY OF THE ACCESSORY STRUCTURE. ALSO, PROVIDE THE
 GENERATOR'S ACTUAL DIMENSIONS ON THE SURVEY TO SCALE.
 PROVIDE A FLOOR PLAN OF THE TWO (2) BUILDINGS TO SHOW
 WHAT THE DISTANCE OF ANY OPENINGS ARE, SUCH AS
 WINDOWS/DOORS, IN RELATION TO THE GENERATOR. SHOW ALL
 INFORMATION ON ONE ENLARGED PLAN/SURVEY.
  
 4. THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SIDE SETBACKS FOR A
 SINGLE-FAMILY WITHIN THE EAGLE'S ISLE IS 7.5'. INDICATE
 SETBACK DIMENSIONS FROM PROPOSED GENERATOR TO ALL
 PROPERTY LINES. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-305(B)(4) OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS ("ZLDR"):
 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT MAY NOT PROJECT MORE THAN 4 FEET
 INTO A REQUIRED SETBACK.
