 CALLED ME BACK & WE REALIZED THAT WE MADE A MISTAKE FOR
 THE SITE LOCATION. IT WAS IN THE EAST PARCEL BOUNDARY
 DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM THE SWA POWER PLANT (6501 N JOG
 RD). IN GIS & COMMUNITYPLUS, I HAVE ADJUSTED THE
 ADDRESS TO 6610 @ N JOG RD & CORRECTED IT ON THE SITE
 PLANS TOO.

 I HAVE EXAMINED THE SITE PLANS & CONTACTED THE
 CONTRACTOR, DENNIS DEATON OF GRID-ONE ELECTRICAL
 CONSTRUCTION, INC. HE HAS CONFIRMED TO ME THAT PERMIT#
 09090480 IS FOR TEMPORARY WORK OCCURRING IN THE EAST
 PARCEL BOUNDARY OF PCN# 74424234000001010. IT WILL BE
 FOR AN 18-MONTH PERIOD IN AN AREA LOCATED APPROXIMATELY
 TO THE NORTH OF THE SCALE HOUSE BUILDING AT 6790 N JOG
 RD. HE ALSO RELAYED TO ME THAT THIS PROSPECTIVE ADDRESS
 OF 6810 N JOG RD DOES NOT NEED TO BE "OFFICIALLY
 ISSUED", AS IT WON'T BE RECEIVING ANY MAIL (SO A
 NUMERICAL LABEL POSTED IS NOT REQUIRED). THEREFORE IN
 COMMUNITYPLUS, I HAVE ADDED SEQUENTIAL UNIT RECORD 0025
 - 6810 @ N JOG RD UNDER PCN# 74424234000001010 &
 CREATED IT AS A KEYCODE=3 ADDRESS POINT (MISCELLANEOUS
 PURPOSES) IN GIS. I HAVE MOVED THIS PERMIT FROM THE
 PRIMARY ADDRESS OF 6501 N JOG RD TO BE CORRECTLY
 REFERENCED TO 6810 @ N JOG RD. I ALSO MADE THE
 ADJUSTMENTS ON THE SITE PLANS FROM 6880 TO 6810 N JOG
 RD. I WILL BE RETURNING THE ASSOCIATED DOCUMENTS BACK
 TO THE ELECTRICAL BOX DOWNSTAIRS SHORTLY.
