| | 6. PURSUANT TO SECTION 94-444 (B), GARBAGE CONTAINERS |

| | TREE AND PERIMETER TREE. THE TERMINAL ISLAND TREE NEEDS |
| | TO BE CLOSER TO THE PARKING STALL. ALSO, THE PALMS AT |
| | THE OTHER END OF THE LANDSCAPE STRIP, ADJACENT TO THE |
| | PARKING LOT, DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS. |

| | 12. SPACING OF THE TREES ALONG THE WEST PERIMETER OF |
| | THE SITE SHALL BE MORE UNIFORM AND NOT EXCEED 30 FEET. |

| | 13. SITE LIGHTING, EASEMENTS, UTILITIES AND ANYTHING |
| | ELSE THAT MAY INTERFERE WITH THE LANDSCAPIING SHALL BE |
| | SHOWN ON THE LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS. |
