 3. SHEET 1 DATED 9/9/09 - PROVIDE LOCATION OF
 COLUMN/STRUCTURAL SUPPORT FOR THE EXISTING COVERED
 PATIO. PROVIDE REMAINDER DIMENSION BETWEEN INTERIOR
 EDGE AND ACCESS DRIVE CLEARANCE. THE VEHICLE TURNING
 RADIUS FOR MANEUVERING IS VERY TIGHT; THERE IS NO ROOM
 FOR BACK-OUT SPACE FOR THE VEHICLE TO TURN AROUND TO
 EGRESS (EXIT) THE DRIVEWAY IN THE REAR. PROVIDE BACK-UP
 AREA, AT SOUTH SIDE OF A MINIMUM OF 13 FEET DEEP BY 20
 FEET WIDE (THE WIDTH DIMENSION WILL BE FROM THE
 WESTERN-MOST CORNER OF THE PROPOSED DRIVE, HEADING
 EAST). ALSO, CONSIDER ROUNDING OUT THE INTERIOR CORNER
 EDGE OF THE DRIVE-WAY TO ALLOW FOR MANEUVERING.
  
 4. PROVIDE TOTAL HEIGHT OF DETACHED GARAGE.
