 1. PLEASE PROVIDE TO-SCALE DRAWING OF THE PROPOSED
 WORK. THE PROVIDED DRAWING SHOWS THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY
 AT HALF THE WIDTH OF THE EXISTING GARAGE, WHERE AN
 AERIAL PHOTO SHOWS THE DRIVEWAY TO BE ABOUT THE SAME
 WIDTH AS THE EXISTING GARAGE. IF YOU HAVE A SURVEY OF
 THE PROPERTY, THAT WOULD BE IDEAL.
  
 2. IT APPEARS THAT TREES MAY NEED TO BE REMOVED TO
 PROVIDE SPACE FOR THE DRIVEWAY EXTENSION. IF SO, A TREE
 ALTERATION PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED. IF NOT, PLEASE ADD
 A NOTE TO THE PLANS STATING THAT NO TREES WILL BE
 REMOVED.
  
 3. PLEASE NOTE THAT PER SEC. 94-482(A) OF THE ZONING
 CODE, YOU MUST MAINTAIN THE LESSER OF 1,000 SQUARE FEET
 OF 75 PERCENT OF THE FRONT YARD AREA AS LANDSCAPING.
 THE PLANS MUST INCLUDE THE WIDTH OF THE LOT AS WELL AS
 THE SETBACK OF THE STRUCTURE FOR THIS TO BE CALCULATED.
