 PLEASE RESPOND IN WRITING.
  
 1) SECTION 94-913 OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS PROHIBITS MORE THAN ONE ACCESS POINT TO THE
 PROPERTY, THEREFORE A CIRCULAR DRIVE IS NOT ALLOWED.
  
 2) THE SITE PLAN SHALL SHOW THE LOT BOUNDARIES WITH
 DIMENSIONS.
  
 3) PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS FOR THE DRIVEWAY, THE
 PATH, AND THE PAVER PATIO ON THE SITE PLAN.
  
 4) PLEASE PROVIDE THE SETBACK OF THE PATIO FROM THE
 SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES ON THE PLAN.
  
 5) THE 2009 AERIAL OF THE PROPERTY DOES NOT SHOW THE
 SAME CONDITION AS THE SURVEY (SHED/ACCESSORY STRUCTURE
 LOCATION AND EXISTING DRIVEWAY AND SIDEWALK), PLEASE
 EXPLAIN.
  
 6) PROVIDE THE METHOD OF PAVER INSTALLATION AND LABEL
 THE PLANS ACCORDINGLY. PLEASE NOTE THAT UNLESS THE
 PAVERS ARE UNSEALED AND SET ON SAND, YOU WILL NEED TO
 PROVIDE THE FRONT YARD LANDSCAPE CALCULATIONS - PER
 CODE 937.5 SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPE AREA IS REQUIRED IN
 THE FRONT YARD.
  
 7) PLEASE BE AWARE THAT REVISED PLANS MAY GENERATE
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
