 1) PLEASE PROVIDE A SURVEY OF THE PROPERTY. PLEASE NOTE
 THERE IS A DISCREPANCY BETWEEN THE SURVEY THE CITY HAD
 IN THE EARLIER VARIANCE APPLICATION AND THE PLAN
 PROVIDED WITH THIS PERMIT.
  
 2) THE BUILDING REQUIRES FOUR (4) PARKING SPACES.
 PLEASE PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT THERE ARE TWO SPACES
 IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING AS SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN (OR
 WILL EXIST AT THAT LOCATION ONCE 24TH STREET IS
 FINISHED).
  
 3) THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS AND THE WESTERN LANDSCAPE AREA
 IS REQUIRED TO BE PROTECTED FROM VEHICULAR ENCROACHMENT
 BY A TYPE "D" CURB OR EQUIVALENT. WHEEL STOPS DO NOT
 QUALIFY AS EQUIVALENT.
  
 4) THE PARKING SPACES REQUIRE A 24 FOOT WIDE DRIVE
 AISLE. ONLY 22 FEET ARE PROVIDED.
  
 5) THE LANDSCAPE PLANS SHALL BE SIGNED AND SEALED BY A
 REGISTERED FLORIDA LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT.
  
 6) THE DRIVEWAY OPENING SHALL BE AT LEAST 20 FEET WIDE.
  
 7) A TREE IS REQUIRED IN THE TERMINAL LANDSCAPE ISLAND
 ADJACENT TO THE ALLEY. THIS TREE MAY DOUBLE AS ONE OF
 THE TWO (2) REQUIRED NORTHERN PERIMETER BUFFER TREES.
  
 8) WHY DOES THE HC ACCESS AISLE WRAP AROUND THE PARKING
 SPACE? THE PLANS STATE THAT THE "EXISTING CONCRETE
 SLAB" IS FLUSH WITH THE PARKING LOT. MOVING THE ACCESS
 AISLE TO THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE PARKING SPACE WOULD
 ALLOW MORE SITE DESIGN FLEXIBILITY.
  
 9) THE NORTH PROPERTY LINE REQUIRES TWO (2) PERIMETER
 BUFFER TREES.
  
 10) THE AC EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED TO BE SCREENED.
  
 11) WHY IS THE PARKING NOT HEAD IN FROM THE ALLEY? THIS
 WOULD ALLOW MORE SITE DESIGN FLEXIBILITY.
  
 12) WILL THE ROLL-UP DOORS ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 BUILDING BE USED FOR VEHICLE LOADING?
  
 13) ONE (1) TREE IS REQUIRED ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY
 LINE. THIS TREE MAY NOT BE THE SAME ONE AS THE NORTHERN
 PERIMETER BUFFER TREE.
  
 14) THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH PARKING DETAILS ARE
 REQUIRED ON THE PLANS.
  
 15) HOW WILL THE PARKING STRIPING BY APPLIED TO THE
 PAVERS?
