 TRAFFIC MUST REMAIN
 ACCESSIBLE TO ALL PROPERTIES WITH AN ENTRANCE/EXIT TO
 AND FROM IT AT ALL TIMES.

 PERMIT #09080575, DELIVERY OF EQUIPMENT, CONSTRUCTION
