| | EVENTUALLY FILL THE SWALE. EITHER REMOVE ALL |

| | I.1. IRRIGATION SYSTEM DESIGN IS TOO GREAT FOR A 5/8, |

| | LOT FOR A PEDESTRIAN, ADD SIDEWALK OUT TO THE CITY |

| | OVERFLOW INTO THE PROPERTIES TO THE EAST DURING A 25 |
