 1. LOCATION MAP IS FOR BANYAN AND AUSTRALIAN NOT PARKER
 AND BELVEDERE.
 2. WIDTH IS GIVEN AS 14??? FOR THE POLE BASE, IT IS
 SITTING ON THE 30??? CONCRETE BASE ABOVE THE SIDEWALK,
 SO THE CLEARANCE IS BASED ON THE CONCRETE BASE.
 SIDEWALK ON PARKER IS 5??? WIDE (TOP OF CURB CAN NOT BE
 COUNTED), POLE BASE IS 30???. THIS WOULD GIVE A MINIMUM
 OF 30??? FOR ADA (WHEEL CHAIR) ACCESS AROUND THE POLE,
 THIS IS NOT ENOUGH SPACE. THE CONCRETE BASE FOR THE
 POLE NEEDS TO BE MODIFIED, SO THERE IS AT LEAST 36" OF
 PASSABLE SPACE FOR A WHEEL CHAIR. AN ADDITIONAL WIND
 LOAD DIAGRAM WILL BE REQUIRED FOR THE NEW POLE BASE.
 3. WIND LOAD DIAGRAM AND DRAWING ON SHEET 5 OF 8 DO NOT
 MATCH, WHICH HAS THE CORRECT MEASUREMENTS?
 4. ACCORDING TO THE WIND LOAD DRAWINGS; THE CAMERA(S)
 STICK OUT 36??? FROM THE FACE OF THE POLE
 THE POLE WIDTH IS 4.5???
 FROM THE CENTER OF THE POLE TO BACK OF SIDEWALK IS
 15???.
 FROM CENTER OF POLE TO OUTSIDE OF CAMERA IS 38.25???.
 THIS MEANS THE CAMERA AND MOUNT ARE STICKING OUT OVER
 PRIVATE PROPERTY 23.25???. THIS IS NOT ALLOWED, UNLESS
 YOU HAVE AN EASEMENT FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER.
 5. THE CAMERA(S) STICK OUT 36??? FROM THE FACE OF THE
 POLE
 THE POLE WIDTH IS 4.5???
 FROM THE CENTER OF THE POLE TO BACK OF SIDEWALK IS
 15???.
 FROM CENTER OF POLE TO OUTSIDE OF CAMERA IS 38.25???.

 6. DRAWING ON SHEET 5 OF 8 SHOWS A 17.25??? BOX HANGING
 ON THE BACK OF THE POLE, ALL OF WHICH WILL BE ON
 PRIVATE PROPERTY. DO YOU HAVE AN EASEMENT TO PLACE THIS
 ON (OVER) PRIVATE PROPERTY?
 7. SHEET 2 OF 8, SHOWS AN ???EXISTING POWER SOURCE???.
 THERE IS NO FP&L POWER SOURCE AT THAT LOCATION, THE
 CLOSEST LOCATION FOR POWER AND WHERE YOUR ELECTRIC
 METER WILL NEED TO BE MOUNTED IS IN THE UNDEVELOPED
 ALLEY TO THE NORTH OF THE GAS STATION PROPERTY
 (100+-???).
 8. SHEET 6 OF 8, SHOWS THE FP&L METER ON A CONCRETE
 BASE, BUT IT GIVES NO DIMENSIONS, WHAT ARE THE
 DIMENSIONS AND IT CAN NOT GO IN THE SIDEWALK.
 9. ROW PERMITS ARE REQUIRED FROM CITY ENGINEERING
 DEPARTMENT.
 10. EASEMENTS/REVOKABLE PERMITS MAY BE REQUIRED.
 11. AS-BUILTS ARE REQUIRED, PAPER, SIGNED AND SEALED AS
