 PERMIT. THE ALLEY RIGHT-OF-WAY (ROW) IS 14', THE EDGE
 OF THE ROW IS NOT THE FENCE LINE WHERE THEY ARE SHOWING
 INSTALLING THE PAD, CABINET, UNDERGROUND CONDUITS. ALL
 APPEAR TO BE LOCATED ON TWO SEPARATE PRIVATE PROPERTIES
 WITHOUT EASEMENTS (440 & 442 -27TH STREET).
 SUPPLY EASEMENTS ON DRAWINGS OR SHOW ALL MATERIALS IN
 THE DEDICATED 14' ALLEY ROW.
 DO NOT RESUBMIT SHOWING THE CABINETOR PAD IN THE
 DEDICATED ALLEY ROW, IT IS TOO WIDE AND WILL BE AN
 IMPEDIMETE TO TRAFFIC.
  
 SHOWING THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT (FOR THE ALLEY) DOES NOT
 DESIGNATE IT TO BE 1' FROM THE ROW.
  
 FORWARDING PERMIT APPLICATION TO BUILDING CABINET MAY
 NEED TO HAVE WIND LOADS SUPPLIED.
